夕方にケーキタイムがある。別料金のサービスはあるが昼食はなし。ビュッフェの朝夕食がついているという感じ。食事は美味しい。子供用のプログラムがあり子供だけを無料で預かっていろいろと楽しいことをしてくれる。

Great hotel find. Super friendly and helpful staff and management. Only downside was no pool but for a 3* we didnt expect one anyway!

This hotel is an absolute gem. It is so much more than your average hotel. The staff go out of their way to make you feel like you are in a family run catered chalet. We are a vegetarian family with one vegan. We emailed before and were a little worried about going to meat heavy Austria! ;) but from the minute we arrived to the minute we left the staff were polite and respectful and they went out of their way to make sure we had a great food experience. Each night the head chef would come out and talk us through all the allergens in each dish in the buffet. If there was nothing we could eat he would make the vegan something special in less than 20 minutes. There was no guilt at all. They also bought soya milk in especially! This place is brilliant for vegans and vegetarians. It is also brilliant for children age 4-10. There is a fantastic kids club and an amazing ski school linked to the hotel. Just make sure you book lessons through Ski School Obergurgl and tell them you will stay at Lohmann and then the hotel will pick up your child every day and give them a free lunch! It is the school with red and white branding and choose drop off/pick up at Wisenlift button. I would highly recommend this hotel to families and couples.

The staff were amazing and very friendly. I'd like to especially thank Claudia for going above and beyond her duty to make our stay a pleasant one. Facilities met expectation, and the hotel was close to the nearest ski lift. We stayed before the ski season started, so could not use the child playroom, but were informed of this by email, which we appreciated. We did love that there was a children's slide and play area near the restaurant which could be accessed at all times. All in all, our stay at Lohmann was a wonderful experience!

Wir waren über Weihnachten eine Woche im Hotel Lohmann. Unsere beiden Kinder, 3+4 haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt und wollten täglich in den Kids Club. Dieser ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und auch die Betreuerin ist sehr lieb und bastelt ganz viel mit den Kids. Wir hatten dadurch die Erholung pur. Etwas quality time für Eltern. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das freundliche Personal. Egal mit welchem Anliegen man auf sie zugekommen ist, es wurde einem immer geholfen und Ratschläge gegeben. Der Service im Restaurant war auch sehr gut. Was hier auch mit den Kindern toll ist, es stört keinen, wenn mal ein Kind vor die Füße läuft und sie sind hilfsbereit, wenn das Kind mal selbst etwas zu trinken etc holen möchte. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und in der Lohmann Suite hatten wir ein hervorragendes Bad mit sehr viel Platz und großzügiger Badewanne. Uns hat lediglich eine kleine Tischgruppe gefehlt, an der man sich abends noch zusammen hinsetzen u evtl spielen hätte können. Es war aber nicht weiter schlimm, nur als kleiner Hinweis. Abschließend möchte ich sagen, wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden jederzeit wieder in das Hotel Lohmann gehen. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage!

3 nights in OBERGURGL was our first Summer visit and been 6 times skiing . Great location , room large a clean with balcony , got extra bed in to seperate kids and still good space . Reception was always polite and helpful and the BUFFET at dinner and breakfast was excellent for choice and standard.Overall a brilliant hotel and will look at going back in winter , brilliant :-))

Dejligt sted med venlig betjening og en dejlig buffet

It was a very nice hotell and friendly staff. My daughter has gluten allergy and the restaurant was very cooperative.We supplied them with gluten free fluor. Some improvements that could increase the rating: 1: A game room with 2 PS4, X-box or similar for the older kids. 2: The restaurant should have gluten free fluor in order to make gluten free pancakes. Fint ophold og service i top - dog skreg hotel på en renovering, idet alt var som da det blev bygget i 70érne. gamle slidte tæpper på alle gulve og sidst malet for måske 20 år siden. Trist og nedslidt - vil aldrig selv benytte hotellet igen. Det kan dog måske være et godt valg for folk der lægger vægt på at alt mad og drikke er inkluderet.

Ok stay, but Hotel is in fact not all inclusive. Half board is provided. Old outdated rooms. Not located in solden, but in obergurgl. Hotel stay did include otzpasses for lift and pool access.

Vi kendte ikke hotellet på forhånd, men ville gerne lidt op i bjergene og syntes omgivelserne så fantastiske ud så vi besluttede os for at prøve. Men hotellet og personalet var langt over forventning. Lækker aften og morgen mad serveret af et meget imødekommende personale. Vi havde kun booket en nat, men ville meget gerne være blevet flere dage.

I received a warm welcome when I arrived in the evening and enjoyed the buffet dinner in the restaurant that was included in my room price. The buffet had several starter options and two main course option, one meat and one fish. There were also several vegetable and salad options available. Soft drinks and beer were included too. Breakfast in the morning was also done as a buffet, with some warm options and many cold continental selections available. The room itself was spacious enough with a large bed and sofa with table to sit at. The room I had was with a shower room, no bath. The layout inside the hotel is somewhat confusing as the hotel is on the mountain slope with the entrance at the top floor and all other areas below this level. It took me a little while to find my room because of this.

Très beau séjour, il y a beaucoup d'activité à faire en famille. Une fois sur place , vous pouvez vous déplacer en bus. L'hôtel dispose d'un superbe espace Spa. Pour les enfants il y un club en journée et une salle de jeux. Au niveau du buffet repas, il est très varié, et on mange très bien.

We only stayed one night in the hotel on a stopover towards the end of a holiday but we were made very welcome by helpful staff and enjoyed what turned out to be its weekly barbecue evening. The hotel is located very near the lifts and bus stop and is clearly very popular with families as there were many young children in evidence throughout.As we have always found in Austria, the hotel was extremely clean and offered excellent service.

Hotellrummen var jättebra, stora och bekväma. Det som vi inte gillade med hotellet var maten som påminde oss om svensk skolmat. Annars var det jättebra, supertrevlig personal och bra rum.

>Leider wurden wir nicht sehr freundlich empfangen. Das erste Zimmer was man uns angeboten hat. war ebenerdig und total abgewohnt. Nach unserer Reklamation erhielten wir ein Zimmer unter dem Speiseraum und auf gleicher Etage wie der Indoorspielplatz. Toll- von mrgens 7.00 Uhr bis 21.30 Uhr wurde getobt. Nach einem Skitag war das nicht besonders angenehm. Wir baten um einen ruhigen Sitzplatz bei den Mahlzeiten, leider wurde auch dieser Wunsch nicht erfüllt. Das All-Angebot konnte mann bei diesem Lärm nicht wirklich genießen.Es gab nicht einmal einen Raum,wo man sich gemütlich ohne Kindergetobe hätte hinsetzen können, denn auch in der Bar war es auch nicht ruhiger.
