シューンブルン宮殿付近の便利なホテルです。シューンブルン宮殿付近で仕事があったため、こちらを利用しました。観光には、もっとリンク（旧市街？）に近いほうが良いかもしれません。しかし、トラム52番（西駅）の駅がホテルの目の前にあるので、街に出るのにさほど歩く必要はありません。接続に依ると思いますが、大体20分以内で行けると思います。朝ごはんはヨーロッパで一般的な、ハム、チーズ、パン、フルーツ、シリアルのビュッフェスタイルです。私は、おそらく一番小さい部屋に泊まったのですが、広さは、日本のビジネスホテルよりちょっと広いくらいで、快適でした。スタッフの方も親切です。 ===== おすすめアクセス方法 ===== 初めて行く際は、Uバーンのシューンブルン宮殿がわかりやすいかもしれませんが、10分くらいかかるので荷物があると大変です。しかし、空港からはUバーンのシューンブルン宮殿を使わないほうが良いと思います。荷物があると、結構歩くのが大変です。空港からは、SバーンやCATで一度ミッテ駅へ行って、そこから、U3でWestbahnhofまで行き、トラムの52番に乗って、Johnstraße（Johnstrasse）で降りると目の前がホテルです。Johnstraßeからは徒歩30秒です（笑）。初めてだと、トラムはわかりづらいですが、便利なので是非挑戦して下さい。

Decent hotel, small rooms but with space enough for a couple of days. Check in and check out was easy and it was clean. The hotel is under renovation, hopefully soon will look better.

The check in is supposed to be automated, One should receive an email with details of the room number and the code for the key holder. But the email we got had 'insert the number here' instead of the numbers. This led to a 30 minute phone-call because the hotel rep was so incompetent that she could not find the reservation. The worst of all was the staff in the breakfast room. Never seen something like this in my life - I was asked to open my bag and prove that I did not nick any food for later. And I am 66 years old! What a disgrace. Finally room keys seem to work for one day only. We stayed five nights and had to get them reset four times! Other than all this, the hotel would have been a fine 3* star hotel. The staff make it a zero-star hotel.

Excelente, fácil acesso a transporte público, mercado. Um pouco longe da região central.

Despite other bad reviews, I thought giving them a try, was a big mistake... I never got any check-in information; I had to call for it to get into our room. During the same call, I got a parking space, except it was already taken, and I had to call again to get a free space. In the room, the plug mechanism in the sink was broken and it could not be opened so we couldn't use the sink. I called for that too, they said that repair comes in couple of hours, never in our 2 nights stay they didn't fix it. At the breakfast, they first didn't find that we had prepaid breakfasts. Milk and liver pates were at room temperature, and I made a mistake by eating liver pate and got food poisoning from that. When we returned from the city on the second night, the room key didn't work, and we had to call service again. My advice is to stay away from this place, I won't step foot there ever again.

"Self check-in" for which not enough information was provided. Very poor readiness of the person who came to the reception to solve the guests' problems. In my case, very quick help with the check-in process via WhatsApp (room and parking codes). The guest does not receive precise instructions for self check-in before arrival and cannot be sure whether he will have a reserved parking space. It is imperative to insist on self check-in before setting off on a trip! Breakfast modest but satisfactory. The lady in the restaurant was not informed that breakfast is included in the reservation if the reservation is made through hotels.com. Cleanliness of the room, restaurant and facility 4 out of 5 - quite good. We stayed in a triple room on the 5th floor. The biggest problem is poor communication between the few staff (manager on the internet, restaurant staff, support at the reception). A hotel with great potential and average implementation that may cause problems for some. Location excellent, close to Schoenbrunn, U-bahn and tram stations.

Check-in-code did not arrive on time ( one hour before Check-In ), we had to wait in front of the hotel. After communicating over WhatsApp we received the code 20 minutes later. After the check-in process started they had only one room for us and needed more time to give us the second one

Tramvay durağına çok yakındı ulaşımda hiçbir sıkıntı yaşamadık. Yanında marketler vardı bu çok iyiydi. Çalışanlardan Yusuf abi çok tatlıydı ve ilgiliydi. Hiçbir sıkıntı yaşamadık. Gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edebilirsiniz.

La verdad nos llevamos una muy mala experiencia, el tema del check in fue un grave inconveniente, y no éramos los únicos. Tendría muchas reservas en recomendar este lugar. Lo que sí la ubicación para visitar el palacio es privilegiada

Bettwäsche wurde in einer Zeit von 2,5 Wochen nicht gewechselt und auch nicht Gesaugt und das Bad wurde auch nicht gereinigt

Zimmer war sauber hergerichtet, jedoch der Boden war ein wenig staubig. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis jedoch top.
