Me encantó! El apartamento está bien ubicado, cómo a 15 minutos del centro caminando. La limpieza excelente, las habitaciones amplias y cómodas.

Vienna is an easy city for an American tourist. The property was also way to access, very relaxing with an elegant and efficient design and aesthetic.

Illuminazione inesistente sul pianerottolo e alla sera non si vede nulla, il cubicolo dove c'è il WC non ha la ventola e la finestra è così in alto che non serve a niente. In cucina non c'è praticamente nulla: tovaglioli o tovagliette all'americana no, tazzine per caffè no, bottiglietta d'acqua di cortesia no. Le porte interne e il pavimento sono molto cigolanti e la tenda oscurante in sala/camera era tutta cadente da una parte e così alle 5 di mattina eravamo svegliate dalla luce. Assistenza avvisata ma non è intervenuto nessuno!! Veramente molto deludente.

This is a very nice apartment in a safe and well-maintained neighborhood. We stayed for five nights with kids, and it was a very pleasant accommodation. There is plenty of space in the apartment. The beds are very comfortable (the pillows could be slightly better). The only thing missing from the kitchen are wine glasses :)

Beautiful entranceway leading to a comfortable, clean spacious apartment. Excellent communication. Very easy to ask questions. Grocery store across the street was a bonus. Safe area close to public transit. Highly recommend this apartment.

Big kitchen and clean bathroom.perfect for 4-5 people near to metro station.everything was fine but it neads a good Monterey renovation

It was exactly what I needed for a short visit. Great area but quiet. Nice space. If you plan on using the nice little kitchen, maybe just bring your own condiments (salt, oil, etc).

Die Küche war unterdurchschnittlich. Die Spülmaschine lief über 2 Stunden bei 70 Grad und am Ende waren die Speisereste aus den Töpfen gleichmäßig über das Geschirr verteilt - also nicht nutzbar; Handspülen war angesagt. Geschirr war angemackt, Wasserkocher dampfte an falscher Stelle, man konnte ihn nicht anfassen, keine Teekanne (selbst gekauft) keine Schüsseln, keine Wein und Sektgläser, stupfe Messer zu wenig Besteck,

Property was very well located and safe with very good kitchen and cooking amenities. Bathroom was small however and shower was cramped. Apartment was otherwise very clean and check in communication was great.

Apartment was very spacious and relatively clean. However, the lift does not stop on the same level as the apartment units and heavy luggages have to be lugged up and down the stairs which was quite a challenge for us.

La estancia en los apartamentos ha sido muy placentera y todo ha ido muy bien, fácil la entrada con el sistema de llaves, y la salida. Los apartamentos sencillos pero con todo lo necesario para una estancia de unos días.

Loved my stay here in Vienna, and the apartment was very clean and well maintained, excellent !

Very nice apartment good value Good communication

The apartment is spacious in every room - bedroom, living room, bathroom, and kitchen. Kitchen utensils, plates, bowls, pots are provided, enough for a family of 4. There is a supermarket 1min away from the apartment which is very convenient. The double windows keep room warm, although it’s not so sound proof, can still hear outside when cars passing by. The room is marked air conditioned on hotels.com, but there is no air conditioner. There are 2 fans in the apartment, with one broken, the other one shaking but can blow air. The ventilator in toilet room is broken. On the last day, the hours between we got up till check out, wifi stopped working.

Sauberes Apartment, sehr geräumig, günstiges Parkhaus ca 10 min zu Fuß weg. Supermarkt gegenüber, Restaurants und Cafés in der Nähe. Einfacher Self Check In, klare Kommunikation im Vorfeld.

Stor og rummelig lejlighed. Ren og pæn, men også lidt sjusket renoveret - dårlig bruser, opvaskemaskinen mangler knapper, vægstik er løse etc. Alt i alt er komforten dog fin, der er god plads og gode senge. Der er IKKE aircondition, og selvom der er højt til loftet, bliver der varmt om sommeren.

Location is good to go everywhere and easy to find a parking nearby. But the room is too old and looks not clean enough. And no AC in the unit which is really hot. If you travel in summer, not a good choice.

Die Unterkunft war gut, nahe bei der U-Bahn und an einem Sparmarkt. Für einen Kurztrip wunderbar geeignet. Leider gab es keine Lüftung, sodass es auch Nachts unerträglich heiß war, der einzige Ventilator in einem Zimmer hat nicht viel genutzt, um angenehm schlafen zu können. Und wir haben nicht verstanden, warum es 4 Nachttischlampen gibt mit Stromanschluss, obwohl es weit und breit keine Steckdosen gibt. Dann kann man sich die Lampen auch sparen, stehen ja eh nur rum. Vom Standort her kann man das Apartment aber gut weiterempfehlen.
