very nice view very clean only one thing bad is smell bad

部屋は広くゆったりしているので、長期滞在に向いています。キッチンにある設備は部屋によって異なるようで、電気ケトルがある場合とない場合がありました。 最初に掛かっていたバスタオルに一部汚れがありましたが、交換の要望をすると気持ちよく変えてくれますし、スタッフの対応は常に親切で、心地の良いものでした。スタッフの人柄がどの方でもとても良く、丁寧なので、多少のことは気になりません。

전박적으로 나쁘진 않음. 좋은 뷰, 넓은 공간과 적절한 공간 분리가 되어있음. 하지만 쾌적도로 따지면 최악. 샤워실, 화장실을 열었다가 경악. 오스트리아 어디서도 맡지 못할 극악의 하수구냄새. 모든 좋은 기억을 최악으로 만드는 토할것 같은 냄새. 진짜 심각함.

Clean and spacious apartments close to Vienna International Center and the metro. Great views of the Danube. The heating system can be insufficient when temperatures drop below zero. Be mindful of possible double charges.

The rooms were great. Big with an open concept living and kitchen area.

Upon check in the staff was not very welcoming and barely spoke to me to give directions on anything to do with the hotel, had to figure out the heat on my own. Bathroom smelled disgusting. Water turns to scalding burning hot without warning and without changing the temperature. The heat wasn’t on when I arrived for the first night so it was freezing and is a tiny panel that doesn’t seem to keep the room warm enough (no option to adjust the heat either). Not an ideal location as cars can’t get to the door so if you have luggage it will be difficult if you’re dropped off in a taxi. Wind tunnel heading to the hotel as well made it uncomfortable to walk to and from the metro. Not a pleasant stay.

I liked the location as the subway was 5 mins away Room was clean but the shower had a funny odour.

La chambre était très propre, la cuisine parfaitement équipée, l'emplacement est parfait pour un séjour de travail au VIC et le centre ville est rapidement accessible, la station de métro étant à 5min à pieds. Le personnel était aussi cordial et efficace.

The room was strongly perfumed with a menthol scent. It was so strong that it made it hard to sleep. Outside this the room was clean and just fine.

Location is good and accomodation is reasonable. Staff is friendly and good, but not so reliable. I did the online check out. The website said that I would receive a receipt by e-mail, but I did not. Then I told the staff that I really need the receipt of my payment, and the staff said it would be sent next day.... I am still waiting for it and am not sure I can get it.

Fabulous view on the eighteenth floor! Slightly away from the city centre but near a Metro, although I got lost arriving late at night. You can also walk across the bridge over the Danube. Only there for two nights but they also had a sky bar & games room. Very helpful staff, comfortable lounge & really nice breakfast.

It was 'ok' with the 40% off deal. I would have been disappointed at full price. Very noisy when the room above had extractor fan on. Dust on surfaces. Only one drink capsule given and nothing to clean plates/wash up with. These are essentials for cleanliness

Kedeligt værelse. Der var ekko i stuen og i soveværelset. Hvide kolde vægge. Helt hvidt lyst Slet ikke hyggeligt at bruge tid sammen på hotellet. Gode faciliteter i køkken og rigeligt skabsplads til tøj. Spiste morgenmad på lille café 5 min derfra til ingen penge.

My room is spacious and very clean, with a large wardrobe for storage. The building also offers a well‑equipped gym. Breakfast is simple yet delicious, which I enjoy a lot. The metro stations are within walking distance, making travel convenient. From time to time, you can take a pleasant walk along and across the Danube. The rooftop is open to residents, providing a beautiful view of the city.

Vid ankomsten var personen i receptionen både ohjälpsam och direkt otrevlig. Mumlade mest något om att ordinarie personal hade slutat för dagen. Vi fick ett rum nästan högst upp vilket innebar en fantastisk utsikt in mot Wien. Rummet i sig var okej. Golven var inte de renaste men resten var hyfsat städat. Köket var bra utrustat men det saknades diskborste och diskmedel vilket borde vara standard om man hyr ut ett rum med kök. Det allra sämsta med rummet var att det angavs vara ett dubbelrum men sängen var nog inte mer än max 1,40 bred och hade endast ett enkeltäcke som var ännu smalare. Det fanns inte heller någon vettig sittplats framför TVn för två. Det stod en fåtölj där och ville mer än en titta fick de sitta på någon av de två köksstolarna. Vi hade inte heller någon städning eller tillsyn av rummet under de fem dagarna vi bodde där vilket kändes lite väl länge utan städning eller byte av handdukar.

Great experience and very glad with the service

A localização é muito boa, o apartamento excelente e muito bem equipado. Café da manhã disponível no térreo e uma academia excelente. Recomendo!
