施設内容などには満足した。 早くザルツブルグに到着し、ホテルに向かったが、閉まっていたため、重たい荷物を持って駅に帰った。 この時間、閉まっていることを早く連絡して欲しかった。１週間前にメールでこの件を問い合わせたが返事がなかった。

Spotless, quiet room just 10-15 minutes from the train station and Old Town. Breakfast was delicious and every member of the staff made us feel right at home. I won't hesitate to stay here again!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s within a 25 min walk to the city center but there are regular buses a block away that go right into the city center which make it super convenient. The hotel gave us a free pass for the bus. It was a breeze going back and forth the 2 days we were there. Also the hotel is walking distance to the main train terminal.

Clean room, excellent service by the front desk

The reception staffs are very nice. The location is easy to walk to the old town centre around 15mins. The room is very clean and the heater works very well. Well recommended.

Gefallen hat mir das es sauber war. Essen gut. Leider keine Park möglichkeiten wie angepriesen, habe einen Strafzettel bekommen.

The staff are very friendly and helpful at the Flockner B&B. Thomas, the front desk clerk gave us our free bus passes to use hopping ar3Salzburg. He also helped us move to a ground floor room from the secod floor walk-up unit. The daily free breakfast buffet was an excellent way to start the day, a meeting spot for my whole fauly, some of them were staying at nearby NUMA, that fid not have a front desk. They had an emergency with a luggage locker not opening & it took a while through a chat bot to get a human to come unlock it. NUMA made them get towels & supplies in the basement and charges extra for cleaning more than once a week. My advice - STAY AT FLOCKNER B & B AND BE TREATED LIKE A VALUED GUEST!

It was ok for what it was

Receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly. Helped with navigating public transit and always greeted us with a smile. Great breakfast and large comfortable room.

The property staff was awesome. Rooms were nice, clean and the breakfast is good!

Absolutely wonderful stay great breakfast great location the only thing is the bed is really hard.

Great place to stay! Location was a little tricky to get to and parking was a little stressful but the staff were truly amazing and the heated bathroom floors were a bonus

Spacious, clean room. Excellent breakfast, friendly staff. On our 2nd day, unfortunately their hot water heater broke so we didn’t have hot water in the shower.

놀라울만큼 만족스러웠습니다. 특히 체크인을 담당하시던 분이 친철하고, 맛집 추천 그리고 짤즈부르 카드도 여기서 구매하실 수 있습니다. 조식은 엄청나진 않지만 하나하나 다 신경써서 준비한 재룔입니다.

Preis Leistungsverhältnis super. Herzliche Begrüßung durch Frau Flöckner, super Tips und Tricks für den Aufenthalt bekommen. Für den Abend haben wir ein Taxi bestellt hat auch toll funktioniert. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Unbedingt zu empfehlen.

The staff was incredible. They gave us extra pillows and a fan we requested.

We had a great stay and would not hesitate to recommend Flockner for travellers to Salzburg

Passing through Salzburg while traveling from Munich to Vienna, we chose this hotel for an our one night. The room was extremely clean, smelled of lemons and - while minimalist in design - had everything you’d need. The hotel contacted me by text a couple of days before my arrival to ensure they had someone at the property when we arrived since they don’t have a traditional front desk. Their 10am check out time seemed quite early, so we asked if they could hold our bags for a couple of hours while we looked around the city before our 3pm train to Vienna. The attendant seemed reluctant for the reason I mentioned earlier… they don’t always have someone at the desk (which is located in a small room outfitted with a kitchen where they have ~4 tables for breakfast service)… but she agreed since she said she’d be working until we returned. Unfortunately, that didn’t prove to be true so upon our return, we found our bags were locked in the office with no one present or answering our calls to the posted number. Eventually, the person who served breakfast (I’ll add that she did so without any semblance of a smile), came to unlock the door so we could grab our bags. She opened the door and locked it behind us without speaking to us. All said - while the place lacked personality and could benefit from adding a touch of ‘smile’ to its service - I’d stay again for the value.
