朝食はこのクラスのホテルとしては１００点ではないでしょうか。日本人も十分楽しめるビュッフェスタイルです。

Overall property was good as well as parking was safe. We had an issue with staff not providing proper details or support related to our food needs and treatment form management was not to the par that I expect from a ING or Holiday Inn facilities.

Very good room, helpful staff. It is a small hotel, looking more like a boutique one. Very close to light train

na ja, der Empfang hat noch einige Luft nach oben (ich meine die eine Mitarbeiterin, die etwas kräftiger gebaut ist) Sie war nicht sehr freundlich, nachdem ich mich über die Lärmbleästigung beschwährt hatte. Es kam zu erheblicher lärmbelästigung aufgrund der Strassenarbeiten. Die Arbeiten gingen bis 22:00h und am nächsten Morgen ab 6:00h. Sie zeigt wenig Verständnis für die Situation und kassierte dann noch 5,-€ für den Kaffee! Ich war schon ofters Gast in diesem Hotel, bs zum letzten Mal war alles perfekt. DIese Person sollte unbedingt mal nachgeschult werden, wie man einen Gast behandelt. LG und alles Gute.

En el cuarto no tenian tazas o vasos para servirte agua. La segunda noche la habitacion no estaba limpia, tuvimos que decirles al dia siguiente y aun asi no limpiaron el cuarto. Hacia falta jabon en la regadera.

Location is perfect as there is train station and can have easy access to all touristic places. There is no small and simple things like cotton buds, slippers tooth paste and hair condition

Construction. They said parking available but when we arrived, parking was not available due to construction. We spent over an hour to find parking. Parked far and had to walk back to the hotel for 15-20 min. 3pm we arrived expecting check-in to 2 rooms as indicated. The receptionist said rooms are not ready. We asked when will the rooms be ready, she said she didn't know. They then found 2 rooms for us right away and included breakfast for the inconvenience. Breakfast was good.

Für uns war es für ein wochenende wien das perfekte Hotel. Sehr freundliches Personal, Hotel ust sauber ubd schön. Die Lage ist gut, nicht mittendrin aber mit der Tram hat man eine gute Verbindung ins Zentrum.

The hotel was in an excellant location and the tram stop directly ipposite the hotel making it easy to commute into the centre. There was some confusion at check in as the hotel advised we had 2 rooms booked but we only booked 1 room. The staff were all really friendly and helpful.The towels were changed daily.The breakfast was excellant we just had this 1 out of the 3 days we were there.If we visited aflgain we would be happy to stay here.It would be nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room but would not let this put you ofl staying.Thank you for a lovely stay.

房間滿乾淨的，員工服務很好，電車走路2分鐘可到，到市區15分鐘，沒有洗漱用品，沒有冰箱，沒有瓶裝水，隔音很差很差，有時會聞到屎臭味，可能是水管通路老舊，冷氣不會冷，開16度還是很熱，需要開窗戶通風，一晚4000多不含早餐算滿貴的，這樣價錢應該能選更好的飯店

Es un buen hotel pero queda muy retirado de los sitios emblemáticos, toca coger transporte público para llegar, no obstante tiene una estación de tranvía cerca

Es war für ein Städtetrip okay aber nichts besonders und super kleine Zimmer mit offenen Bad und kleinen Betten. Im Zimmer ist ein Teppich, der leider nicht gesaugt war. Lag sehr viel rum.

It was a quiet hotel with easy access to public transportation.

Grundsätzlich schöne Zimmer, teilweise gehört renoviert, besonders auf den Gängen ... starke Abnutzungen & Flecken. Was jedoch gar nicht geht, waren die unfreundlichen, unverschämten Rezeptionistinnen (die Damen!) .. die nicht anständig schauen was gebucht wurde & nicht zuhören & dann 0 Interesse haben, das Problem zu lösen. Straßenbahn direkt vor dem Haus - besser geht es fast nicht.

Muy bonito y bien cuidado. Los cuartobien decorados y lindos. Todo super limpio!!! Los desayunos ricos también y el personal amable. Lo único que no me gusto y por lo que no me quedaría de nuevo es el internet en la habitación fatal, no podía trabajar porque se iba a cada rato. La zona bien solo que para lo que queríamos visitar estaba muy lejano
