Nice atmosphere, nice and ready to help staff and nice rooms, perhaps the only caveat was the small lift. but that would be the only thing

Enormt højt til loftet, fine værelser med god WiFi. Lækker reception med fin bar og tilhørende restaurant. Fin gåafstand til Wiener Prater.

Clean room and excellent service. On the flip side, the room has old furniture that were assembled from different places, no tv, bathroom needs repair (shower leaking and hot water is not constant) and painting (cracks)

Hotel mit gutem Preis/Lestungsverhältnis, welches über die Straßenbahn Linie 2 gut mit der Innenstadt verbunden ist. Unser Zimmer war einfach, aber zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Das Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit, der Zimmerservice fand täglich statt (und nicht wie mittlerweile bei vielen Hotels nur auf Nachfrage). Was ist uns aufgefallen: In unserem Zimmer war das Laminat beschädigt, im Badezimmer müssten die Fugen der Fließen dringend gereinigt werden, Tresor ging nicht, am Fenster hingen unübersehbar Spinnweben. Dinge über die man Hinwegsehen kann, aber den Eindruck beeinträchtigen. Wer ein einfaches Hotel sucht, ist hier trotzdem gut aufgehoben.

This is a very basic stay. I would only stay here if it is for a night or two. It is 20 min walk from the city center and there is no tv, no air con and the bathroom is uncomfortably small.

No early check in allowed. Hotel seemed new and was very clean. Beds were very hard. Nice restaurant attached. Close to trams and metro.

Good choice

Gute gelegen nahe des Praters und dessen U-Bahn-Station ist die Atmosphäre (jung, lässig) sehr gut. Das Zimmer war sehr groß. Nicht so gut war, dass es Frühstück nur a la Carte im angeschlossenen Restaurant gibt und das Zimmer sehr stark mit Textilien bestückt ist, die mit einem chemischen parfümierten Reinigungsmittel getränkt waren. Der Safe funktionierte nicht und die Rechnung wurde erst auf explizite Nachfrage ausgestellt.

Besides the lack of amenities, the hotel provides no services at all—it's just a room with a bed. On top of that, they don't seem to care about the noise from construction work, even when guests are staying, making it impossible to rest.

Recién renovada y buena calidad precio.

Very friendly and helpful staff who spoke excellent english. Great restaurant with delicious food. Nice sized rooms. Only complaint is the mattress was too hard for my liking and the bathroom floor smelt bad. I suspect the mop the cleaning staff uses is getting old and stinky. Overall great hotel for the price with a nice walk to the main part of the city.

The hotel is very close to public transportation stations, which was important to us when we visited Wien in February. The rooms are spacious, bright, and clean. We enjoyed spending some time in their colorful lobby. They allow you to leave your baggage in a locked closet.

Hôtel bien situé, à proximité du métro et à 5mn du centre ville en métro. Hôtel très agréable. La chambre est grande, propre et confortable. Les petits déjeuner à la carte sont tous excellent et très copieux. Seul petit bémol le bruit de la VMC dans la salle de bain. Bruit très fort et qui dure assez longtemps après être sortie de la salle de bain.

Gayet güzeldi. Yataklar rahattı. Oda temizdi. Ayrıca konumu şehir merkezine yürüyerek çok yakın. Yürümek istemezseniz hem sağ hem sol caddeden tramlar var. Metro da yakın. Havalimanından ulaşım da çok kolay. Her gün odamızı temizleyip, havluları değiştirdiler. Bir sıkıntı yaşamadık. Ayrıca çevrede bir şeyler satın alabilceğiniz birçok market var. Arkadaşım ve ben gayet memnun kaldık.

I would've given this hotel a poor rating but all of the staff was wonderful and the location was good. But wow, was it run down! The bathroom and bed in our room was clean, but the floors really need updated. A mini fridge would be a great addition as well.

Absolutely disgusting hotel. Horrific stay. Steer clear. The place was dirty. Smelly. Stains everywhere. Inattentive staff. The worst stay I’ve ever had, ever.

Good resturant

Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly, excellent location, clean and just few minutes walking from Praterstern station.
