Extremely convenient location and friendly and kind staff, highly recommend for a short stay in Vienna!

時間厳守過ぎて、融通が効かないと感じました。朝食時間も6時半からで、6時半前に出なければならない日も対応してくれませんでした。

家族で利用しました！ 朝食も美味しく、立地もよく、地下にレンタカー用の駐車場もあって使い勝手は抜群だったのですが、ドアの鍵の開け閉めがしにくく、オートロックではありませんでした。それは構わないのですが、ハウスキーピングをお願いしたところ、帰ってきたらホテルの部屋の鍵があけっぱなしでした。部屋に入るのがとても恐ろしかったです。自分は貴重品は持ち歩いていましたが、貴重品ボックスもない部屋でしたので、自分の荷物が丸裸の状態でした。客だけでなくハウスキーパーさんでも苦戦するような鍵は交換すべきだと思います。髪の毛なども落ちていて、レセプションにその旨を伝えたところ、担当のハウスキーパーに連絡して注意する、何か盗まれていたらすぐに警察に連絡するとは言ってもらえましたが、人任せでホテルの責任はありませんという対応だなぁと感じてしまい、誠意が感じられず、非常に残念でした。 素晴らしいホテルですが、安全面が保証されていないのでこちらの評価とさせていただきます。

小規模ながら部屋のインテリアにアートの要素を加味したお洒落なホテル。一番良いのはホテルスタッフが一つ一つの依頼に丁寧に対応してくれる事。予想以上に価値があった。

夕方戻っても毎日引きたてのコーヒーを飲める。朝食はワッフルが作れる。おしゃれな部屋

Stay was fine. Toilet grossed me out.

The building and the room was a bit worn and the WiFi was too slow/ not working, it was small flies coming from the drainage at the bathroom, and the air condition had a leak, and made sounds as the drops occasionally fell on the floor.

Great Stay at Hotel Calmo! Room was clean and comfortable. Friendly and engaging staff. Good breakfast buffet. The area convenient to public transportation.

So incredibly hot, rooms had almost nothing in them, the beds were so poorly made and covered neither of us felt clean, plus they felt cheap and stale. We couldn't hardly sleep. Room had AC that didn't actually cool the room, only the area by the doorway. We left and went to another hotel because it was ruining our trip.

We visited Vienna, and our stay at the hotel was excellent. Public transportation connections were perfect, and we even found good restaurants nearby.

Room was nice enough. Beds were comfy but pillows a little lumpy. Hotel location is great as very close to tram stop and short walk to underground station also. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was quite nice with good coffee. Overall i would recommend the hotel.

Ottimo hotel vicino al centro di Vienna e vicino ai mezzi pubblici. Colazione ottima, bene il self-check in. Unico neo il rumore del tram notturno sopratutto nel weekend, peccato ma non penso si possa risolvere.

Good value for the price, even though not without problems. OK room, good breakfast, useful location with good public transport links and many good restaurants nearby, although not exactly beautiful surroundings. Socket very far from table, not good for working, but they nicely provided an extension cable upon request (reception was generally helpful). No safe, no kettle in room. Trams on the street were very noisy (earplugs were provided but I didn't want to miss my alarm). So window needed closing but then air went bad and too warm quickly. There is AC installed but it wasn't clear how to operate it (if you find that out in the middle of the night it's too late to ask, but maybe in the summer they will provide the control).

Very nice hotel

Paper thin walls, loud guests with zero respect for others during my stay. The rooms are fine, a little dated and mine didn't have a carpet. They provide earplugs for a good reason. Location is good and well connected with public transport.
