The hair dryer was broken in my room and I asked for a change in the late evening, but the hotel staff did not come. I asked once again on the next day and told another hair dryer was in the sink storage. I wish I had that information because I didn't sleep well in the first evening because of that. Except for it the stay was comfortable and the location was very convenient for everything.

早めのチェックインでしたが、快く対応してくれました。 部屋の中のペンキのような匂いが気になりました。 立地は良いのですが、繁華街の真ん中すぎて、好みではありませんでした。

ひどく悪いわけではないものの、なんというか全体的に微妙に悪いって感じです。 全体的に愛想がよくないというか・・・。ここを泊まるなら他の安宿の方が正解かなって感じです。

Reception staff were super friendly and helpful, the room was a good size and clean, and those are my two positive things to share. I think if the owners just do a facelift, this place can be a lot better and welcoming. There’s a sitting area that is smelly and stuffy and I bet no one will ever actually sit there. Lots of dead or plastics flowers and water bottles in that room and it looks old and dirty and dusty. Removing the old sofas and just adding real green plants will make a big difference. We chose the location because for our last day in Vienna, we wanted to be close to shopping center and it was a great location for that. The AC wasn’t working and they brought us a fan and offered us free breakfast. We didn’t try the breakfast but that was nice of them to offer. Won’t be back but wish them the best.

We stayed there for 1 night in a one bedroom unit upon arriving Vienna and another night in the same room when we returned from another town. Both stays were comfortable and the staffs at the reception are all super friendly and approachable. No fuss with check in and chk out. Breakfast room was cozy and relaxing with simple choices but more than enough to fill our stomachs. We are a family of 5 and there are 5 beds (incl. a sofa bed) to accommodate each one of us. Great location near U3 line and just in mid of the shopping street.

The foyer was bright and looked quite elegant but that's were it ended. The family room we stayed in was dated, the furniture was shabby & stained. One of the beds squeaked so much it kept my son awake & should have been disposed of years ago. The hygiene standards left a lot to be desired & I couldn't wait to leave. The pictures on Hotels.com site are totally misleading. The only positive thing going for this hotel is its central location & even that wouldn't entice me to recommend it.

Hotel muito bem localizado em uma rua cheia de comércio, shopping, restaurantes, cafeterias e estação de metrô. O quarto é amplo e muito confortável. A era do café da manhã é muito pequena e não comporta todos os hóspedes. Dois dias tivemos que esperar liberar mesa. Na última noite, faltou água quente, o que dificultou muito o banho, pois estava frio e a água era extremamente gelada. Até o dia seguinte, ao fazermos checkout, a água quente ainda não tinha voltado.

A great overnight stay. Was warmly greeted at reception by the owner who gave treats for the kids. The front desk clerk then personally took us to our suite with a smile. The hotel itself is located on what feels like a main vein of the city surrounded by tons of shops, restaurants, and bars. An easy, downhill walk towards the center of town. The hotel room we stayed in was a two room apartment that has 4 beds that can sleep a total of 5 average-sized adults. More than enough room for a family with kiddos. Though there is a lot going on in the streets below, the hotel is well insulated and up above high enough that you hear absolutely nothing. Highly recommend.

Ottimo struttura. Le stanze molto spaziose, ordinate e pulire. Posizione perfetta, vicina alle metro e la zona servita di negozi e supermercati. C’è stato un po’ di disorganizzazione dello staff e c’è stato un sovrapprezzo non previsto dalla prenotazione della tassa di soggiorno, una volta arrivate li. Tutto sommato è un ottimo Hotel dove alloggiare, consigliato!

The hotel is in a very central area of Vienna, opposite road there is underground station and 25mins walk away from main attractions. Breakfast was good and it is a good 3 star hotel, it has all the basics and clean.

Location was good, but the hotel was quite average. Lift was very small and looked old. There was a strange smell in the lobby on top floor, before accessing the room. Room was ok, but the bed not very comfortable.

Pensionat-hotell med utmärkt läge till många sevärdheter. Shopping, restauranger och kollektivtrafik precis utanför. Rymligt rum, fyller sin funktion. Begränsad frukostyta.

Günstig und nah zu Wiens Sehenswürdigkeiten.
