It was in a very convenient location, and reasonable price. The room was comfortable, but there was one malfunction of equipment. I mentioned this when I checked out. It was a hassle that staff asked me to pay the city tax in cash at check-in. If there are a kettle and some tea or coffee, it was nice, but considering the price, I suppose I can’t ask for too much.

The hair dryer was broken in my room and I asked for a change in the late evening, but the hotel staff did not come. I asked once again on the next day and told another hair dryer was in the sink storage. I wish I had that information because I didn't sleep well in the first evening because of that. Except for it the stay was comfortable and the location was very convenient for everything.

早めのチェックインでしたが、快く対応してくれました。 部屋の中のペンキのような匂いが気になりました。 立地は良いのですが、繁華街の真ん中すぎて、好みではありませんでした。

ひどく悪いわけではないものの、なんというか全体的に微妙に悪いって感じです。 全体的に愛想がよくないというか・・・。ここを泊まるなら他の安宿の方が正解かなって感じです。

Bom hotel. Localizado em uma rua de compras e perto do metro café da manhã simples mas é bom.O hotel ocupa alguns andares de um prédio, ficamos os tres dias sem nem ver o funcionários do hotel. Quando cheguei foi um pouco estranho dividir o andar do quarto com uma clinica dentário. Mas funcionou bem. Um ótimo custo benefício.

Siamo stati molto soddisfatti,la camera molto comoda e bulita ,breakfast room era molto pulito e abbiamo fatto una colazione ricca in un ambiente e musica rilassante ,personale molto gentile e disponibile, tornero sicuramente a breve

Las instalaciones estaban muy feas, los pasillos del edificio y en general es feo, la habitación no estaba mal, pero una de las camas sonaba demasiado y fue muy difícil dormir con ese ruido, ya q no nos podíamos mover. En general el hotel necesita mantenimiento.

Eski görünümlü merkezi bir yerde özellikle metro ya çok yakım temiz ve sessiz kahvaltısı beklenenin üzerinde güzel ve taze; sadece yatakları biraz sert

The location is very nice, but the room wasn’t pleasant. Strong smell of cigarettes, the water of the shower doesn’t heat up much and the corridor of the building where the rooms are located smelled mice. You can’t expect much for what you pay. The only pro is the location.

Wifi was effective, room was clean but they change towels not to eco... near metro station and walkable to the main attraction Hofburg, Sissi Museum, Vienna Opera etc.

Reception staff were super friendly and helpful, the room was a good size and clean, and those are my two positive things to share. I think if the owners just do a facelift, this place can be a lot better and welcoming. There’s a sitting area that is smelly and stuffy and I bet no one will ever actually sit there. Lots of dead or plastics flowers and water bottles in that room and it looks old and dirty and dusty. Removing the old sofas and just adding real green plants will make a big difference. We chose the location because for our last day in Vienna, we wanted to be close to shopping center and it was a great location for that. The AC wasn’t working and they brought us a fan and offered us free breakfast. We didn’t try the breakfast but that was nice of them to offer. Won’t be back but wish them the best.

We stayed there for 1 night in a one bedroom unit upon arriving Vienna and another night in the same room when we returned from another town. Both stays were comfortable and the staffs at the reception are all super friendly and approachable. No fuss with check in and chk out. Breakfast room was cozy and relaxing with simple choices but more than enough to fill our stomachs. We are a family of 5 and there are 5 beds (incl. a sofa bed) to accommodate each one of us. Great location near U3 line and just in mid of the shopping street.
