Posizione top dentro l'area pedonale (ma con accesso al garage coperto dell'hotel). Arredi un po' datati ma tenuti bene. Camera e servizi puliti. Buona colazione

Okay. Gute Lage, Zimmer sauber, angenehm groß. Gästekarte nur auf ausdrückliche Nachfrage (Hinweis kam durch tourist- Info). Frühstück mittelprächtig: einfacher Käse, wenig frisches Obst oder Rohkost, Marmelade wenig umweltfreundlich in Portionsverpackung.

The actual stay was mostly fine. The arrival was a big problem. I arrived on a Monday (Ruhetag - no-one on site). They have a good system of a key safe, and I had been sent the code and room number. But in the email it did not say where the key safe was. There was a link for "late arrivals" but I had not clicked it because I was going to arrive quite early. (Had I done so, I would have found out where the key-safe was, not by the side door but on the wall of the adjacent building.) OK; maybe I was a bit stupid, but the main issue was that I kept calling the contact phone number and no-one answered (just music), so I was completely stuck. In the end, I had decided to try to find another hotel, and fortunately met some men in the car-park who were able to help. The hotel was surprisingly quiet and I was told on the first morning that I was the only person booked in for breakfast, which made me wonder when the dozen hardboiled eggs had been cooked (?). Apart from that, the buffet breakfast was ok, and in the evening I enjoyed very good pork medallions with mushroom sauce and Späzle. My room was spacious - a family room really - and the bed comfy.

I really liked my stay. The Room was very cozy, neat and had a balcony which was perfect. The Service was incredible. They had also food served in their restaurant and all the dishes were authentic and delicious. The Staff were super friendly and were very helpful in guiding me the attractions to visit. Will definitely recommend for anyone visiting in the area. Thank you.

El hotel queda en todo el centro del pueblo muy buen sitio

Worst hotel experience ever. Please read the reviews on trip advisor. Big shame on hotels.com to promote this hotel. I can only recommend to get it out of your portfolio.

Hotel étape, très bon petit déjeuner, belle chambre vue sur les montagnes.

Fint sted at overnatte på tur sydpå. Hotellet har både 1+2+3+4 mands værelser.

Sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel. Freundliches Personal. Frühstücksbuffet könnte reichhaltiger sein.

The hotel location in Telfs was good, with direct access too the town. The rooms where nice, but there was a lot of noise from a closeby compressor, or something similar, that disrupted my sleep (room 122). It's probably placed on the outer wall and transfer sound to the rooms. Breakfast was below average, compared too similar priced hotels. Basic breakfast.

Apesar do hotel se dizer smoke free a verdade é que hóspedes e empregados fumam nas áreas internas e deixam o ambiente insuportável para quem ao fuma.

Beautiful scenic location. Close to the train station. And a short low cost train trip to Innsbruck.

Parking was in a gravel lot about a block away. No elevators to the room, had to carry all of our luggage up two flights of stairs. Got to original room and someone else’s luggage and belongings were already in it. No keycard system, still using old fashioned keys on wood blocks. Got to real room, was hot and no thermostat. Opened window to cool down room and mosquitoes came in. Bed listed as king is two twins pushed together. Walls were paper thin, heard someone drop a coin in room next to ours clearly. Fire alarm went off at 4:40am for about 20 minutes. Staff was nice even though they gave us an occupied room. Would not stay here again.
