This hotel has been my favorite hotel since 15 years.

Staff were extremely helpful and cheerful. Great walkable location.

Excellent hotel and centrally located. Staff were super nice and helpful!! Only negative- breakfast bar too expensive- $22 euro per person for a very basic breakfast bar … too expensive….

Quarto grande e renovado. Excelente banheiro. Ar condicionado e pequena cozinha. No andar, havia uma máquina de lavar roupas. Localização excelente, próxima ao centro histórico.

Excellent hotel, location, service and confortable

Overall great experience. Hotel was well maintained, clean and all essential amenities including a washer and dryer to do laundry which we greatly needed. Close to all old town and market square. Highly recommend.

Perfect location, everything easily walkable from there. Staff were all super helpful. Rooms quiet and well furnished. Loved the traditional Tirolean elements such as the lovely wooden clock in the lounge area. Would definitely stay here again.

Our room was very well appointed and the terrace had a great mountain view. Nice towels and comfortable bed. Would stay her again.

The hotel staff was helpful in recommending nearby attractions. The location was convenient as it was nearby public transportation, the train stations, and other attractions in a walkable distance.

Dejligt hotel lige i centrum. Søde ansatte og god morgenmad. Værelset var ikke helt rent, og vores hund fandt en strømpe fra en tidligere beboer.

Alles insgesamt gut. Da es sich aber um ein eher älteres Gebäude handelt habe ich ein Zimmer erwartet, dass dementsprechend so wirkt. Wie zBsp. die Lobby oder das wunderschöne Frühstücksaal. Das Zimmer ist einfach zu standardtisiert. Entäuschend war der Ausblick des Zimmers: gleich an der Notfalltreppe, dass zu unser Zimmerfenster führte und jedermann einfach da stehen und reingucken und bei offenem Fenster sogar einfach reinkommen hätte können. Das Fenster haben wir zur Sicherheit also nicht offen gelassen obwohl wir nachts jeweils mit offenen Fenster schlafen. Also Preis Leistungsverhältnis hat hier für dieses Zimmer nicht gestimmt.

We liked this hotel. It was centrally located, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a great place to stay in Innsbruck.

Very close to the historic downtown so location is great. Bathroom is not so great as to shower is very not user friendly. Bar was closed and rooftop Is useless

A good quiet hotel, easy to find and parking garage almost next door. A short walk into the centre of town. There is also a very good Nepalese restaurant just 2 minutes walk away

Kan inte bli bättre. Frukosten var utmärkt, rummet jättetrevligt, personalen hjälpsam.

Hotel brings excellent experience of a vintage property well kept and maintained the history of the hotel in a great way. Right in middle of Innsbruck from where you can take buses to go to other places or walk to near by attractions. Breakfast was such we never had in a while, with so many varieties to choose from. Hotel’s ambience is something to remember forever due to its history. If we visit again we will stay here ..

Loved this hotel and would stay again. Superb breakfast and views. Located in the old town a 2 stop bus ride from the train station. All amenities worked well room with lovely terrace. Restaurants, golden roof and imperial palace only 5 minute walk away.
