Nice enjoyable stay- great views of mountains - staff was super friendly. Breakfast buffet had lots of variety.

Not the greatest, hotel is beautiful but hidden fees, bad service, wouldn’t recommend

호텔은 무난했어요. 수영장과 사우나가 있었으나 이용할 시간 부족으로 사용 못했구요. 조식은 맛있었구요. 체크인하고 할슈타트를 가볍게 다녀왔는데 아주 좋았어요. 20-25분쯤 걸려요. 이 호텔을 택한이유는 고사우 호수를 가기위함이였는데 정말 꼭 추천드립니다. 호텔 주위 산 풍경을 보시면 고사우 호수 느낌이 오실거에요.

We booked a suite that accommodates four adults（1 king bed and 2 Twins bed）， at the time of booking, my father-in-law was unsure he could join us or not，He only decided to come and bought his ticket in the final week before the trip. However, when we arrived, the hotel claimed that our reservation was for three adults and charged us an additional €70 per night. This was the first time I’ve ever heard of being charged extra while still staying within the room’s stated capacity! We also had dinner at the hotel, which turned out to be the most expensive meal of our whole trip 3 main crouses no Appetizer no dessert cost 199 €!

Family owned hotel. Super accommodating staff. Did my laundry for me for a fee. Do not miss Gosausee which an 8 minute drive.

Beautiful hotel with excellent breakfast and dinners included. Very clean. Only negative was that smoking is allowed on balconies, which gets into the other rooms when windows are open. Hotel should be fully non-smoking.

Tres bon accueil. Le personnel est aux petits soins. Hotel pour les familles. Diner buffet dans une jolie salle de restaurant le soir, bon petit déjeuner. Coin piscine, jacuzzi, sauna agreable. Chambre sympa, belle adresse avec un prix tout de même elevé.

Whirlpool Hygiene lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Service beim Abendessen schwankt zwischen Aufdringlichkeit und Ignoranz.

Great location for Hallstatt visit, Gosausee, Dachstein glacier and five fingers - not to mention the multiplicity of walking trails. Wonderful friendly helpful staff - everyone and everywhere. Free soft drinks 24 hrs, free parking, and good fast broadband. Free caffee and kuchen every afternoon. Swim in / out pool from spa open all year, smallish but big enough. And a hot tub... Great indoor and outdoor play areas for kids which are not intrusive. Breakfast great variety and always replenished. Evening meals buffet and a la carte great High Austrian cuisine. We loved it - it exceeded all our expectations. Teaches UK four star what four star should be and beats them hands down. Wunderschon - do not miss out on this hidden gem - go. - the norm for Austria.

조용하고 편안했어요. 12살 큰아이라 수영장이 작긴했지만 잠시놀기 괜찮았고 뒷편 놀이터도 좋았습니다.할슈타트까지 10분이라 편했습니다. 조식도 석식도 맛있었구요, 다음에도 꼭 들리고픈 곳이에요. 레스토랑에 영어 메뉴판도 있으면 더 좋을거같아요

Picked the “2 bedroom” room -the room was a slightly larger than average hotel room stuffed with extra beds-over priced in my opinion -the restaurant had 3 entrees to chose from and a small buffet-we went down the street to eat because of no vegetarian options-waiter said they were to busy to accommodate us!!!
