駅、スーパーともに近くて便利でした。ウイーン少年合唱団の劇場ムートも歩いて行けました。 室内に調理用具や食器一式があり、IHヒーターで自炊してゆったり食事ができました。

基本的に無人だが、あらかじめメールで入り口の入り方やルームキーの受け取り方を丁寧に説明してくれるので大変助かった。部屋は広く、清潔で静か。キッチン付き。最寄の地下鉄Ｕ２、トラム２番から徒歩５分以内。近所にスーパーあり。２日に１回のペースで清掃してくれる。無料wifiあり。

公園に近く滞在環境としては静かで良いです。駅からも割と分かりやすいし、スーパーなどもあります。 メールで詳細なチェックインの方法を教えてくれ、宿泊名簿の紙が部屋においてありますが、その回収のアナウンスメントがなかったのですが、次の日なくなっていました。 又、替えのタオルがある日突然洗面台に置かれており大変びっくりしました。（ゴミやタオルの交換をしてくれるのは有り難いのですが） 今まで泊まったアパートメントは完全プライベート空間に近かったので若干違和感を感じました。 あと掃除代別途30ユーロとなっていますが、掃除が甘い気がしました。ちょっと埃っぽかった。

清潔で管理もよく　鍵の引き渡しなどの煩わしさもいっさいなく　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　とても快適に過ごせました。洗濯機、乾燥機、アイロンなどすべてあり 便利でした。欲を言えば今回２３日と少し長逗留だつたので　日本人としては シャワーだけでなくお風呂が欲しかったです。でもまるで自分のお部屋に帰った来た ようで本当に楽しい滞在でした。ありがとうございました。

A clean and comfortable apartment with a small kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with electromagnetic cooker, microwave, refrigerator, pans and dishes, and so on. During my stay, I cooked my breakfast and supper here, but felt no inconvenience. Wi-Fi connection was fine. The direction for check-in, sent by email beforehand, was detailed and illustrated with several photos, so I had no difficulty in check-in. The place is near the large Augarten park and the atmosphere is good. I recommend this apartment for those who plan to stay in Vienna for more than several days.

9泊滞在しましたが、滞在中に2回タオルやバスマットの交換と室内の清掃をしてもらえました。 オーナーが気さくに声をかけてくれ、何か困った事や分からないことはないかと聞いてくれます。とても親切な方です。 ただ、洗面所の床にやや水漏れがする時があったのは気になりました。 最寄駅からもすぐですし、周辺はスーパーやカフェ、レストランもあり便利です。 1区までも歩いてもそんなに遠くない距離ですよ。

洗面所で下着を洗った後にアイロンがあるので、早く乾かせて助かった。

大変快適な施設でした。清潔だし、静か。町へのアクセスもそれほど悪くはなく、とてもすばらしかったです。冷蔵庫や皿、コンロなどの設備が揃っているので、調理なども可能。言うことなしでした。またウィーンへの出張があったときには使用させてもらいます。

立地、施設設備など全く問題ありませんでした。アパートの方もとても親切でした。

地下鉄より徒歩数分。徒歩2分の距離にアウガルテン公園。立地は良好です。滞在中建物の工事をしていたのが残念ですが、滞在中はほとんど快適に過ごせました。

Great stay. Easy accessible and close to the U-Bahn or busstation. Fine neighbourhood and space enough for all.

I liked that the apartment is close to the subway, restaurants and supermarkets. The sofa bed made me sweat and when I requested maid service, the pillowcase wasn’t replaced. Guests, do not request airport transfer from the property. It is at least 10 euros more expensive than booking an Uber (which isn’t hard to get). I had an unfortunate experience with the driver of the transfer service the apartment commissioned for me. The driver only spoke Italian and was very rude and aggressive, combative even! He arrived 6 minutes late, by which time I had booked an Uber as he wasn’t responding to my calls. By the time he arrived, I was on the phone cancelling the Uber and he (the Italian) got upset and berated me, showing his phone to apparently tell me his number is different from the number given to me by the property management. I calmly asked him to just go but no, he wouldn’t stop and kept going at it while driving! To top it all, he dropped me off at the arrivals area and when I told him, he sarcastically yelled, “Cafe! Cafe!” which I presumed meant either of two things: that I get coffee to wake me up or to give him a tip for his coffee! This incident spoiled my otherwise wonderful week in Vienna!

l'appartement est bien placé, entre 2 métros et le tram, il est agencé de façon correcte et pratique pour 2, matelas confortable, accès sécurisé par code d'entrée, un peu bruyant car pas de double vitrage et donne sur la rue

Gut ausgestattetes Appartment. Alles vollständig vorhanden und gepflegt. Der einzige Nachteil sind die dünnen Matratzen und der Sitz der Duscharmatur,

O check in é feito pelo próprio hospede. Tudo é enviado por e-mail e muito fácil de executar na chegada. Ao entrar no apartamento, este estava limpo e organizado.Na minha primeira noite a porta de entrada não fechava. Me comuniquei por whatsapp com o Bix que foi me ajudar nessa mesma noite. O apartamento tem uma ótima localização, porém, é um pouco afastado do centro histórico. É super fácil se locomover de metro. Porém acho que ficar hospedada mais perto tem suas vantagens. O prédio é super seguro e limpo. Um ponto importante: a comunicação por whatsapp é ótima.

인테리어가 촌스럽긴 했지만 깨끗하고 넓어서 좋았습니다. 무거운 케리어를 들고 5-10분 정도 걸어야해서 역과 멀게 느껴졌으나 맨 몸으로 걸을땐 가깝다고 느꼈어요!

Die Ansprechpartner waren besonders freundlich. Alles war gut auf unsere Bedürfnisse zugeschnitten.

Great location, 15 mins walk to the city centre. Great apartment with everything we needed. Easy for the airport bus (to Schwedenplatz) and the underground (Schottenring). The manager was very kind and helpful.

Appartement propre acceuil parfait descritif correct seul gros point noir le canape lit des annees 60 ressorts dans le dos matelas tres fin nuit horrible pour 2 des 4 occupants avons mis le matelas au sol pour mieux dormir sans ressorts a revoir absolument ou proposez location que pour 2 personnes dans l autre lit si je reviens en mai je ne prendrai pas cette location a cause de cela

L’accès à l'appartement avait été très bien indiqué dans le mel. A chaque question par mel, j'avais une réponse très rapide. L'appartement est bien situé : le métro est à 5mn à pieds et on peut rentrer à pieds depuis la cathédrale : environ 20 minutes. l'appartement est bien agencé même si les meubles sont un peu vieillots. L'appartement est très propre. Nous sommes restées 4 jours et le ménage a été fait au milieu du séjour.
