Duesseldorfの同系列ホテルに数回宿泊経験ありましたので選択しました。ウイーンという観光都市の物価を考慮すれば割安レートで宿泊できたのは助かりました。少々間口が狭く見つけずらかったこと以外は満足。室内は十分の広さで外から及び隣室の音は全く聞こえませんでした。
朝食は超一流ホテル並み値段なので利用しませんでした。恐らくこのクラスのホテルを利用する人は朝食をホテルでは食べないのでしょう。
フロントのスタッフは良く訓練されておりとても感じが良いものでした。

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights in December 24, a very nice hotel, wonderfully located in the heart of Budapest, close to the Jewish Quarter and public transportation. Clean hotel, large rooms with everything you need for a pleasant stay, the hotel staff is very welcoming and cordial, a very varied breakfast with a selection of options, all delicious and well presented, wholeheartedly recommended, reasonable price for the value, I will definitely recommend my friends to stay at this hotel

立地は非常に良いです。スーパーや地下鉄駅、安売りチョコレート屋、ファーストフードなど生活に困りません。スタッフも英語が話せます。アパートタイプの部屋はとても広いです。スーペリアタイプの部屋はベッドがss(シングルより狭い)です。早朝(6:00ごろ)はパンとジュース、夕方から夜はレモン水とマシュマロが受付で自由に飲み食いできます。ホテル前の道は基本的に歩行者天国です。

We stayed at this hotel in Sept 2024. Location was really good access to underground fantastic.
I was concerned at safety as we often came back to the hotel or left the hotel and there was no one on reception but the lift directly behind reception is accessible by everyone you didn't need to use your room card which most hotels have these days.
On our arrival late we witnessed ourselves a homeless person came to the desk and wanted the sweets from the jar on reception.
It also wasn't the quietest of hotels in terms of between rooms we had a number of disrupted nights because of either rooms next to or above.
All in all disappointing but the city is breathtaking

For city center hotel the rooms are huge they felt like a suite in most hotels. Big desk to work on full living room and even an amazin balcony. The hotel is in district 7 which is probably the most accesable district to center of Vieena 2 stops on orange line and even walkalbe if you like. Also I think 7th district is one of the best nieghboorhoods in Vienna in terms of shopping dinning nightlife much better than center

La ubicación no es buena si lo que quieres es visitar la parte historia e imperial, aunque si está bien comunicada por transporte público es el mismo tiempo que caminando ósea unos 30 minutos para llegar, el lugar parece más un hospital viejo que un hotel, las camas incómodas el aire ac mal enfría, el baño se está desbaratando y con moho.

Das Hotel war super. Sie direkte Lage an der Fußgängerzone ist zum Einen praktisch leider jedoch gerade im den Randzeiten mit den stark alkoholisieren und unter drogeneinflussstehenden Passanten unangenehm.

When entering the reception from the public parking, I was really disappointed. The very small reception was in the public corridor from the parking. Not what you expect from a 4star hotel at all. First room had only 2 small windows and was dark, the second one was next to a building with a lot of noise, the third one on the backside was ok. Good beds, but 2 single beds, which was not very romantic, small shower. A lot of noise from the air extraction in the room. It's a practical large room but nothing more. Location is OK close to the metro. Breakfast was very good with a very good service, located on the 7th floor. No bar in the hotel.

Das erste mal war wunderbar, diesmal hat das Zimmer ganz anders ausgeschaut wie auf den Fotos, ziemlich kleiner als erwartet, keine gut Beleuchtung, und die Dusche ist blöd. Personel jedoch sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Great hotel in a excellent location. Right in the middle of Mariahilfer shopping and dining area with easy access to public transport and within walking distance to Inner Stadt where a lot of the museums & palaces are. The service was amazing and the room was comfortable for a our family of three. Price was amazing too! Only complaints were the bed was rock hard and the bathtub had and awkward design where the tub door interfered with the bathroom door. Also very tall bathtub that could be dangerous for children/elderly. Overall, would definitely stay again.
