2つの駅に近く、観光には非常に便利です。 U6とトラム6番で西駅まで一本、U4でKarlsplatzとシェーンブルン宮殿に一本、トラム18番で中央駅、ベルヴェデーレ宮殿まで一本で行けます。部屋にはキッチンがあり、お湯を沸かすのはもちろん料理もできます。食器も備え付けられていて便利でした。シャワーのお湯もよく出ます。目の前にリーズナブルで大きなスーパーがあり、食費もだいぶ節約できました。地下にランドリーがあるのもありがたいです。ただ、掃除が行き届いてない日や掃除すらされてない日があったのでそこが非常に残念でした。ホテルに問い合わせても、理由も教えてもらえず、アメニティの交換にも応じてくれませんでした。リクエストはメッセージ機能で伝えると良いです。

清潔でホテルに置いてて欲しいと思うものは全てあり、本当に快適なホテルライフでした。フロントなどはありませんが、スタッフにメールすればすぐに返事が来るので、問題ありませんでした。

Great set up for a long or short term stay. Very walkable bonus to have laundry in the basement.

Ich habe zwei Nächte im Standard-Apartement verbracht. Und es war traumhaft! Bequemes Bett, voll ausgestattete Küchenzeile, sogar eine kleine Geschirrspülmaschine. Aussenjalousien an den Fenstern, Klimaanlage, alles da. Sehr sehr gerne wieder.

Terrible experience while self check in. The screen froze and it was midnight.

Very clean apartment with full cooking facilities. Supermarket next door and transit minutes away. Excellent communication from Team Oliver.

Great little apartment, we loved it! Got entry instructions the evening before we arrived which was greatly appreciated as I wouldn't have had internet connection until we got to the accommodation. Self check in was straightforward. The building and apartment was spotless. Our apartment was on the front, no noise pollution at all, wonderful! Really good layout and well finished throughout. Well stocked crockery, kitchenware etc. Full fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washing up liquid and sponge. Shower gel and hand wash in bathroom. A real cosy home from home. Supermarket opposite and others close. Transport was all around. A walk into the city centre but doable if you like a walk. We really loved our stay there, would highly recommend.

Great stay, very close to public transportation and there is a grocery store right across the street. Check in and check out was very easy.

The apartment was clean and modern. Check in was easy just a little timely. In communication with the property beofew our trip I asked about early check in if our room was ready and was told it wouldnt be a problem and we could store bags if it wasnt ready. Good thing someone told us we would be charged for early check in if we checked in before 2:30pm. We chose to store out bags in the basement locker to avoid the fee. I'm not sure how you would get access to the locker without checking in to open the electronic door though. Someone just happened to be there so they opened it for us. Location was about 8-15 walk to the station or main Mariahilfer area which we didnt mind. We only had one issue where towels were not replaced after cleaning and we had no way to communicate with the property. They do have an app but it is not managed after 6pm. There is an emergency number but as Canadians we were traveling with data only and no direct number so we couldn't use the emergency number so no towels until the nect day. Would stay again and hope that no emergency occured.

I just wished if they could have offered car parking or valet. The rest was just superb.

Das Apartment war sehr gut ausgestattet und perfekt für einen Städtetrip. Direkt gegenüber war ein Lebensmittelladen, der Bus ins Zentrum war etwa 5 Minuten entfernt. Auch fanden sich einige Restaurants fussläufig oder innerhalb einer kurzen Fahrzeit mit dem Nahverkehr.

Very central location and close to all the amenities

Liegt gut, alles ist neu und bequem. Das Apartment ist etwas eng, aber es passt. Check-in war etwas kompliziert, da trotz Buchung über booking nochmals ein Betrag von der Kreditkarte abgebucht werden sollte. Nach kurzem Rückruf wurde das Problem in 10 Min behoben.

Close to public transport and the city center. The room was modern, clean and practical with a big bathroom. There is a grocery store just crossing the street which is very convenient. The place was great, I loved my stay here.
