Perfect location close to city centre and to train station Mitte going to airport. Large and comfortable bedrooms.

Terrible experience. The level of service was unacceptable. We had to wait for the owner for about 45 minute even though we coordinated arrival in advance, the apartment wasn't ready and didn't have enough blankets, pillows or even toilet paper. We had no internet or tv service. The apartment was bare and uninviting, floors were dirty and the kitchen wasn't equipped with basic utilities. The owner did not respond to calls or texts and was unavailable throughout the entire time we were there. We contacted Hotels.com and they couldn't get in touch with him either. Beware, if anything happens while you are in the apartment there will be no one to talk to.

Going to a flat who cost €250 at night and finding no old bedsheets, mismatched like someone just covered the bed just to be covered it’s not what you expect! It’s sad because the Flat has enormous potential, it’s in a amazing location, and can bee transformed in a amazing place but sadly it’s missing all the pleasant details...
