I went to Innsbruck for the first time.It was a very comfortable stay. It would have been better if there was a bathtub. But I will definitely visit this apartment.

賑やかな場所から少し離れた立地は車利用ならちょうど良い。階段しか無いので重い荷物は大変ですが、問題はそれくらいです。レンタル自転車も無料で使えるので自転車で街や郊外に出るのも楽しいです。チェックイン、チェックアウト時以外は基本的に無人ですのでシステムの理解は必要です。犬（ボーダーコリー）連れでしたがなんの問題もありませんでした。

Dies war bereits mein 2. Aufenthalt im pradl elf my apartment. Die Apartments sind super schön hergerichtet, designt und ausgestattet sowie sehr sauber und gründlich gereinigt. Das Personal ist freundlich, herzlich und aufmerksam. Der Check in nach Rezeptionsschluß klappt total problemfrei. Die Lage mit 3 Stops zum HBF macht es zum idealen Ausgangspunkt für die Umgebung.

Everything was perfect

The room had everything you needed, and was kept clean and refreshed every day by the staff. The receptionist was lovely and welcoming, and the checking-in/checking-out was simple. The apartment is situated in a good location, making access to the airport or town centre very easy and quick. I would definitely stay over here again. Thank you so much!

Me and my partner stayed for two nights and absolutely loved our stay, the hotel is in the perfect location and walkable distance from everything. The rooms were spacious and so clean. The kitchen facilities were so clean and convenient. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, helping with transport ect. We also received two free travel cards for our stay, which we used to get the bus to the airport. The hotel also has a sauna and gym which were wonderful. We would 100% coke back! Absolutely amazing and can’t believe the price!

Sehr freundlicher Empfang sehr hilfsbereit die Zimmer sehr ruhig man hört von den Zimmernachbarn nichts Ausstattung der Apartments und Größe der Zimmer für kurz Urlaub ausreichend Lage bestens kurzer Weg zur Innenstadt haben uns sehr wohl Gefühl und kommen wieder

This is a little out of city center with the Christmas Market AND a good thing! As busy as it was downtown, parking etc would have been terrible! The parking here is very inexpensive, safe and closely! The two girls who checked us in were very friendly and said they were substituting for their friend who was on vacation! The Christmas markets were very very crowded so getting back to the hotel was very welcome! The shower in the bathroom had a handheld and a nice rain head. I could have stayed under the shower for an hour! We went to the Gundolf Family Show - again so close by. 20 minute walk to the Christmas Market, Golden Roof etc Great place!

Liked everything about it , near to bus stop and tram stop ... clean , all necessaties available. Good room with a single seater sofa , kitchen

This hotel has everything I need: a clean room, a comfortable bed, and a stable hot shower. The hospitality also left me with some unforgettable experiences. Although the hotel isn’t located in the city center, if you don’t mind an extra 5–10 minute walk, it’s quiet and well worth it.

The staff were fantastic and the location is super easy to get to. A short walk to the centre which was a bonus !
