Easy to access and not expensive.

Front desk lady was rude. There were drilling sound till 4 pm. Staff was not friendly.

Near to Airport (15 to 20 min drive). Hotel charges for parking.

Very friendly staff and great breakfast, but we didn't like the neighborhood... Good transportation though..

Good location for visiting one of the thermal baths. Very good restaurant on site. We asked and they made a reservation for us for dinner. Lots of people on the weekend Clean bedding. Comfortable beds. No place to hang towels in the bathroom. Five-person room, and you can only put towels under the pillow :( Very dirty balcony. Trash and garbage.

Very close to underground/ light rail service and only 40 minutes to get into city centre. Great park nearby and bus services also. Staff at the hotel were friendly and the breakfast selection was great.

The staff were not friendly and attentive. Made you feel like you were bothering them. Did not feel welcome there at all. The one restaurant was small with screaming kids late at night. The other part of the restaurant was smoke-filled. The breakfast was mediocre and they don't refill it. Not to mention rotten fruit green mold on some of the fruit. When I told the woman who didn't speak any English she just looked at me and scoffed and walked away as if I did something wrong by letting her know the fruit was rotten. The restaurant food was pretty decent though. They boast about their good reviews on another site but I'm convinced they buy those reviews. This wasn't a horrible place but it was nothing to write home about.

Upon arrival woman at the front desk was not friendly and welcoming. Actually most of the women weren't. Wanted to have dinner there the first night the one room was tiny and had kids screaming later at night. the other part of the restaurant was filled with smoke and couldn't eat there . went back to the Noisy restaurant the dinner was pretty good . the room is mediocre. nothing special about it. the breakfast is until 10 but if you get there at 9 and things have been eaten they do not refill it not to mention when I went to grab fruit it was green with mold. when I showed the woman who was working the kitchen she scoffed and took it and walked away as if i did something wrong. I did not feel welcome at all . I would never stay there again and when their front desk displays a sign that praises themselves about getting good reviews and I am convinced they are fraudulent reviews and were paid for. This is a no frills mediocre Hotel that does not show any capability of being Hospital

AC did not work and staff even did not try to fix it. Also, never order Taxi at the front desk: I had a morning trip to the airport and at the desk they said it will be cost 30-40 Euros , but the taxi driver charged 50. They are cheated with their clients.

Gutes Prei-Leistungsverhältnis. Tolles Frühstück.

Ruhig. Park in der Nähe.

Leider haben wir das Zimmer mit Ausblick auf den Kücheneingang direkt neben dem Frühstücksraum bekommen. Man hat hier die Geräusche (Sesselrutschen und klirren vom Geschirr) vom Frühstücksraum gehört. Die Klimaanlage wird hier zentral gesteuert und konnte nicht individuell eingestellt ider aktiviert werden - ich hab‘s beim Schlafen gerne kühl. War leider zu warm. Bei der Dusche waren an den Fugen zwar kleiner aber trotzdem sichtbarer Schimmel vorhanden. Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung. Ich würde dort wieder Urlaub machen - allerdings nicht in diesem Zimmer.

It was a very good stay with excellent service

Příjemný hotýlek, velmi milý personál, super snídaně. V pokoji trochu zima, ale na rakouské poměry je to asi normální.
