Everything was spot on!

房間比較奇怪，有一套房，廁所燈比較暗，另一房間只有剛剛一張雙人床範圍，好似專登圍出來一樣，亦沒有冷氣，需要打開兩房門透過客廳冷氣才有冷風，很奇怪。

Tram was at the end of the street. Super convenient. The place was very large and very quiet. Great for a family.

nice old building

L’appartement était suffisamment grand pour notre famille (2 enfants). C’était extrêmement tranquille (aucun bruit la nuit). Nous avons apprécié sa situation, près d’épicerie et du métro.

Needs some maintenance to be done. main bedroom shower was difficult to use without water getting everywhere. Moldy gap between shower and floor. Door broken on second bedroom. No lift/elevator.

This appartment was very worn and dirty. There was lots of dust it was not clean. There was lots of damage to the inside especially in the bathroom. I would not recommended this apartment as it is over priced for the condition it is in.

Tres bel appartement spacieux propre et confortable. Proche du metro et des autres transports. Je recommande cet location

Très bien. Confort et moderne. Toutes les instructions par mail la veille. A 15 minutes de lhyper centre. Quartier tranquille. Beaux immeubles, securité et grand parc juste derriere. Tous les commerces utiles à proximité. Grande cuisine pour 4. Assez grand pour 4 en famille. Meme le lit canapé pour enfants est confortable.

Ottima struttura: pulizia ottima e confort. Buona posizione vicina ai mezzi per raggiungere comodamente e velocemente il centro. La seconda camera ha poco spazio. Per il nostro viaggio in famiglia andava benissimo. Per due coppie meno adatta

We loved the location!

Large layout compared to a hotel, even with some "wasted" space. Full oven and dishwasher, and with groceries close by it's easy to cook often during an extended stay. Easy walk to metro, and even easier to tram, both of which are just a short ride from major destinations. Tub, heated tile floors, and good clothes drying conditions. Not enough natural light and ability to easily determine the weather outside. Not sure the A/C is perfect, but it was only May so there wasn't any real problem during my stay. Something was left in the dishwasher with food residue on it, so the kitchen didn't smell great when I arrived. Make sure you have all information saved on your phone when you arrive, so that you can access the apartment easily without Internet.

Perfectly situated for peaceful evenings with easy access to all attractions. Well presented and with a very responsive back-office team. We had one small problem which despite being non-urgent was resolved cheerfully and quickly.

no lift landing, old and dark staircase area, slow response of the staff (via the app), no front desk or storage area for luggage, early check out time (10AM), dirty floors, old cooking utensils; not value for money

All the basic amenities were available, clean & tidy. Full communication with detail from start to finish covered all aspects of our stay. If I was to change something it would be the beds because of creaking.

We stayed in Vienna for about a week, and found this apartment to be perfect for our needs. It had large enough beds, a nice kitchen with newish appliances two bathrooms, and a clothes washing machine. Public transportation was just a block away, so there was no need for a car, and there were lots of little shops and restaurants nearby when we needed a snack, a drink, or a meal. Check-in was easy, as was check-out -- all automatic. The only downside was not ever seeing or hearing from the managers, even when I left a message/question on the website, but it may have been a technical error. We would definitely rent this apartment again.

Sehr einfacher Check-in. Funktioniert über Codesystem, dass rechtzeitig zugesendet wird. Wohnung ist toll gelgen. Keine 5 Minuten zur U-Bahn - 5 Minuten zu der Straßenbahn. Wohnung ist echt ruhig - liegt auch parallel zur Taborstrasse. Sehr sauber, alles da was man in einer FeWo braucht.Würden wir wieder buchen.

Clean and quiet

The apartment is dark and stuffy. There were ants and spiders in the toilet. I informed the operator that I would be staying with my grown-up son and asked if there was a sofa - since there was in the photo on the website. I received no reply. There was no sofa and when I asked to change flats, the answer was that there was no other apartment. Instead my son slept on the floor.

The good: very convenient location, apartment was a good size and parking is available close by for reasonable rates. The bad: we had apartment 4 and it was literally across where the garbage was kept for the entire building. Keeping a window open was not an option due to the smell and noise. On top of being right next to the garbage it was also right next to the designated smoking area for the entire building. Not pleasant! The apartment was superficially clean. For example the sofa bed had nasty stains below on the mattress below the sheets and we had ants all over the counters and table. Neither the bed or the sofa bed were comfortable. The sofa was as hard as a brick and the bed was less than comfortable. Overall it was quite disappointing. Maybe a different apartment would have been better but there's no way I would recommend apartment 4 to anyone in its current condition.
