朝食が美味しかった。部屋も広くよかった。街中からちょっと離れているが、トラムの駅が近くて便利だったので問題なかったです。

とっても清潔で、ヨーロッパのホテルにしては大変広く、快適でした。朝食もすごく美味しかった。毎朝満腹。お昼はデメルかザッハだけで、早めの夜ご飯でOK。

部屋は清潔に保たれ、対応も明るく丁寧であった。

施設もとてもきれいでした。スタッフの対応もすばらしい。またウィーンを堪能できる立地や雰囲気に大満足でした。今回のセレクトは大満足です。

Delicious Breakfast and convenient tea time in the afternoon. Close to public transportation. This is a perfect place!!!! We loved it.

Great location with convenient public transportation just a few steps away. The breakfast was delicious. Afternoon tea and cake were very relaxing. The staff is very kind and helpful, making me feel at home. I definitely going to recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The staff were absolutely amazing! So happy to help. Front staff even curious about how your day, or evening was. Such a personal feeling about the hotel! Room was lovely and big!

My stay at this hotel was lovely. The hotel is clean, nicely decorated with a dance theme. The staff are kind, very hard working and friendly. They have tea and cake in the lobby in the afternoon. Breakfasts were very good with everything you need. The hotel is not in a touristy area but walking distance to downtown shops and some sites. The transit hub is a seven minute walk. The area is residential with wine bars, a gorgeous old church, restaurants, flower shops etc. More of a local feel which I love. Lots of variety for eating out. My room was very nice, spacious with a safe, ironing board , iron, kettle tea and coffee, hair dryer. Very clean. It was quiet due to it not being in a tourist district. I am so glad I picked this hotel for a two week stay. Vienna is a beautiful city and this hotel was a big part of my stay. Thanks to the wonderful hotel staff.

The staff were generally great however in the 3 days and 4 nights we stayed the TV didnt work for 2 days and the sink had a broken U bend which took reporting twice to fix. Water was all over the floor and was a slip hazard. Now i know a TV being broken isnt the end of the world but when you have been out all day and you come back before bed you want to be able to unwind before turning in. The hotel was quite casual about them not working and didn't seem bothered about it. If you have a choice i'd chance somewhere else.

Fabulous hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Spotlessly clean, great breakfast buffet serving up until 10:30am. Even have a free tea and cake service from 3-6pm in the lounge. A limited bistro menu from 6pm if you don’t want to go out. Would highly recommend this hotel for a city break- 2km walk from Stephensplatz. Quiet, comfortable rooms with great bathroom.
