スタッフのフレンドリーさは最高でした。ウェルカムワインと絶品のマカロンが迎えてくれました。シュテファン寺院から徒歩1分。地下鉄も同様。近くに美味しいベーカリーやちょっと高級なスーパーもあります。

Everything was good. The staff were all helpful and appreciative.

Disappointed that when we emailed the hotel 3 or 4 days before arrival to book dinner on the first evening along with the request for some sight seeing tips ! We never received a reply, on arrival it was obvious why , the restaurant was closed for lunch and dinner because “ they were taking an inspirational break “ breakfast was just okay !! However staff and location of the hotel ( for sight seeing ) were excellent, I don’t think a hotel should have a 5* rating without a fully working restaurant!!!!!! PS, the rooms were very clean and comfortable!

From before check-in to after check-out this is an elegant, sophisticated, exceeds expectation for attitude + food quality, so many small touches done well: soft backlight behind the toilet to see at night, electric candles in fireplace to turn on/off by switch, etc Comfortable, peaceful sleep. It’s beautiful and very high service that is world class.

I always hesitate to write reviews for places that I dearly love out of fear that my review will help them get loved to death... BUT, I have to say that our four nights at the Leo Grand is probably the best experience in Europe. A terrific hotel with attentive staff, a truly spectacular breakfast chef, and a location right in the heart of the action. It's hard to believe that they've only been open since 2020. Go. Enjoy. Return. (Just don't tell ALL of your friends... Okay?)

We had a excellent stay at the Leo grand, the location is excellent and you can walk to most of the sights.the staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good quality and there was a good selection. We will definitely go back again and would highly recommend it

Such a great hotel, in the perfect location. The room we had was exceptional (room 1) - very spacious with views of the dome of St. Peter’s cathedral right out the window. Everywhere we wanted to go was within a 20m walk, often only a few blocks away. The breakfast was great, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Very glad we book the Leo Grand.

Great location with a great staff

Had a wonderful stay in Vienna! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable stay—I’d definitely come back!

I’ve stayed in several hotels in Vienna before but i’ve never come across the Leo Grand in my search for nice hotels. From outside it doesn’t look of much but inside everything is almost perfect. I suspect that it’s probably one of the best hotels in Vienna. An excellent location, efficient check-in, nice room, nice breakfast and not at least a very friendly staff. Many things in the hotel are decorated in an old style, but it works. I can highly recommend the Leo Grand.

Fint nyrenoverat hotel med jättefina rum mitt i centrum i trevliga kvarter. Personalen var väldigt vänlig och trevlig. Däremot saknas funktionalitet. Man har lagt mycket krut på design men glömt bekvämlighet. Hotellet har ingen restaurang och bara en liten lobby. Det finns en frukostmatsal som hade någon sorts dubbel funktion som lounge men lösningen kände inte helt tydlig. Hotellet har inget gym, ingen strykbräda på rummet, väldigt få krokar, hyllor eller lådor att lägga kläder på. Så - all in all fin hotell, bra läge men det saknas en hel del för att nå toppbetyg.

Dit hotel is een waar juweel in hartje Wenen en kan ik van harte aanbevelen. De inrichting is prachtig, de kamers zijn van alle gemakken voorzien en het personeel is uiterst aardig en behulpzaam. De perfecte uitvalsbasis om de stad te verkennen. Ik verblijf hier de volgende keer zeker weer!

Don't hesitate, just book! What can I say - the hotel is stunning and in a perfect location. Set back from St Stephen's Square, we found it very quiet base & so easy to get to around the city. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Our room was amazing with a very comfortable bed. The beautiful bathroom had Penhaligon toiletries, rain shower & separate bidet toilet. A lovely welcome note, bottle of wine and treats awaited us in the room. A Nespresso machine & complimentary mini bar, stocked with soft drinks, water & beer were a lovely touch. During our stay, the kitchen was partially closed, so only offering breakfast service, the menu for which was very extensive and everything we tried - so delicious. The hotel, very generously laid a table from midday with pastries, fruit, cakes wine, water and fruit juice for guests to help themselves to, with coffee available on request. It was our first trip to Vienna and we felt that we had struck gold with our choice. A couple we spoke to at breakfast, said they had been coming to Vienna for years, having stayed in many luxury hotels, but had found their 'Vienna Home' at The Leo Grand, and now only book here. I'm sure they won't mind me quoting them & we fully agree. There are plenty of bars and restaurants, shops etc.. on the doorstep, the city is very walkable and it was great to be able to head back to St Stephen's spire, which can be seen from most areas. You won't regret booking into this wonderful boutique hotel.

An excellent hotel in the center of very nice stores & choice of excellent restaurants, one block from St Stephen’s Cathedral, and the underground rail system. Beautiful room, excellent staff, with many amenities included in the price, free wine bottle in room, free juices and beer in room refrigerator, free wine & pastries in restaurant from noon till 11:00 pm. Definitely my place to sta again if I visit Vienna again.
