Appartement très bien situé : au pied du métro et du Rathaus. Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans cet appartement. Seul bémol : il est au rez-de-chaussée et donne sur la rue.

Very comfortable and spacious apartment. The proprietor was very helpful. Great to do some laundry and to cook a meal. The apartment was very clean and modern. Very close to the metro but you could also walk into the central city if you wanted. Parking is available and relatively cheap although make sure you reserve as we had to park a 10 minute walk away. Great local shops nearby. Overall highly recommended for a small family.

Von außen schreckt das Gebäude ein bisschen ab. Kein Hotelschild oder sonst etwas was auf die Unterkunft hinweist. Aber gut, dass wir die Telefonnummer zur Hand hatten von der Online Buchung. Wir sollen 10 min warten es kommt wer. Und tatsächlich ein netter Herr kam auch sofort und zeigte uns unser Apartment. Wir waren total begeistert von diesem schönen neu eingerichteten Zimmern. Ein neues Bad mit einer riesigen Dusche und alles super sauber. Gratis WLAN. Einfach perfekt.

Good place to stay with a family. Kitchen was quite well equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge etc. Not enough plates etc., but we were able to make it. No A/C, so if it is hot outside, you may suffer the heat. Thick walls are helping a bit, but during summertime could be warm inside. The apartment was clean and separate bedroom was quite, which was nice when having a small kid with us. Our apartment was on the first floor, but the stairs to building are pretty difficult, if you are alone with a child trolley. The elevator is small and it is located on the first floor, so you have to climb about 8 stairs anyway.

Saubere, ruhige Gegend! Unterkunft durchaus OK! Ist keine Top Residenz, aber völlig ausreichend!

Das neu renovierte Apartment liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend mit einigen Restaurants und Kneipen in kurzer Laufdistanz. Einkaufen und Öffentlicher Nahverkehr sind ebenfalls schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir hatten das Auto während unseres Aufenthalts nie benötigt und kostengünstig in einem der Park&Ride Parkhäusern abgestellt.

The apartment was not what we were expecting. The second bedroom was apart of the main bedroom but you had to walk through it to get to the other room. It was very dry inside the apartment. The location was really good, as we could walk right outside to the main square where the fireworks were held for New Years. The owner was friendly but had trouble understanding some of our questions.

Dejligt centralt beliggende i gåafstand til de største seværdigheder.

Vi er en familie på 4 ,med 2 gutter på 3 og 5. og denne leiligheten kunne ikke passet bedre:) I første etasje, gode senger, rent og pent I alle rom. og stort badekar ;) og wifi som funker:) Kan virkelig anbefale denne plassen!

Das Apartment war Top. Die Lage ist Hammer...genau am Rathausplatz gelegen kann man all die Sehenswürdigkeiten locker zu Fuss erreichen. Die U-Bahn Station ist nur 100m weit weg, was natürlich sehr Vorteilhaft ist. Die Wohnung war sauber. Ausstattung mit Wlan und TV. Bevor man anreist sollte man das Hotel frühzeitig anrufen, damit die Schlüsselübergabe gut funktioniert,bei uns hats funktioniert und war sehr schnell abgelaufen. Nur das Warmwasser hat bei uns beim ersten Tag nicht funktioniert, jedoch war dies nach einem Telefon wieder erledigt.

Das Appartmenthaus liegt sehr zentral direkt am Wiener Rathaus in ruhiger exklusiver Wohnlage, viele Restaurants und Caffee's in direkter nähe. U2 nur 2 min zu Fuß. Entäuschend waren nur die viel zu weichen Matratzen und die schlechte Ausstattung der Küche. Nur 2 Weingläser, Wassergläser mit Sprüngen, kein Besen um mal schnell ein paar Brösel weg zu machen, kein richtiges Küchenmesser. Deswegen haben wir vom selber KOchen abgesehen, da dafür viele Restaurants in der nähe sind.

Un peu déçu dans l'ensemble. L'emplacement est excellent (proximité du Rathaus et métro). Cependant... L'appartement n'est pas bien équipé pour une famille de 4 personnes en ce qui concerne la literie et les rangements: dans le salon, le canapé-lit dépanne mais il faut avoir les reins solides (l'autre canapé, nous n'avons pas essayé vue la propreté), peu de placards donc beaucoup de vêtements sont restés dans les valises :-(. Appartement très très bruyant la nuit (immeuble à touristes) et réveil à 'aube, l'appartement est au rez-de-chaussée et la porte donne directement sur le hall d'ascenseur et le local à poubelle (saturé!!). La lunette fissurée des WCs n'n'a pas été remplacée (voir les commentaires de db le mois dernier). Des petits détails qui agacent. Quelques ampoules grillées au plafond, mais le responsable n'avait pas d'escabeau suffisamment grand... Bouilloire électrique entratrée, beurk... Fer à repasser sans planche. Manque de ponctualité (30min de retard) pour le RDV de remise des clefs. Mais malgré ça l'accueil a été sympathique et 10 jours agréables passés à Vienne.

Sehr sauberes und zweckmässig eingerichtetes Apartment für einen Familienaufenthalt in Zentrumsnähe. Zwei Zimmer, welche vom Korridor hintereinander gereiht sind, was für uns kein Problem war. Ein geräumiges Wohn-Esszimmer mit zweckmässiger und gut ausgerüsteter Küche, TV und tollem Sofa. Das Bad sehr einfach mit Waschmaschine (nicht benutzt, da von Dusche beregnete Steckdose). Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und viel von den Vorzügen des Apartments und der zentralen Lage profitiert.

Rooms as cells ... there is no space. Indecent! The sink in the bathroom did not get off the water. I do not recommend.

The location is great - just a 5 minute walk from the Rathaus (Town Hall) and about 20 minutes from St Stephan's Cathedral. Many attractions were within easy walking distance. There were also several restaurants and supermarkets nearby and the nearest metro station was less than 2 minute's walk. The Apartment itself had many positive points but, also a few negative ones: Pros: Great central heating; good cooker with oven; microwave; 'fridge; dishwasher; washing machine; large living area with plenty of seating, good sized dining table and TV; there was plenty of cupboard and drawer space in the kitchen area plus plenty of crockery and adequate cutlery and glassware; good-sized bathroom with corner bath. Cons: The 2 bedrooms turned out to be small and the double was accessed by walking through the single - not ideal if you need to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night! The double room was so small that the double bed was against the wall on one side so the person sleeping on that side had to slide up from the bottom; wardrobe and draw space for clothes was minimal; the bath had no hand rails. Overall, despite the above mentioned Cons we feel we would stay here again, should we return to Vienna at some stage.
