ヴィラ ヴェルデ

ザルツブルグ旧市街の裏山のトンネルを抜けた先の落ち着いた住宅街の中にあります。旧市街まではゆっくりめに歩いて10分強。中央駅へは最寄のバス停から20分ほどです。スタッフは夜は不在になりますが、飲み物やスナックは共有スペースにセルフ(有料)で利用できます。改装直後という事でとても清潔でした。朝食はスタッフに頼めば卵料理を作ってくれます。自動車で移動しているヨーロッパ人の個人客が多かったようです。駅からは遠いですが、団体客もいないので落ち着いた雰囲気でした。

オーナーはとても明るく、チェックイン時には握手をしながら施設の紹介をしてくれます。 部屋もとても清潔感が有り、シャンプー、ボディソープも完備されてました。 朝食も手作りのメニューがならび、卵も調理してくれます。 庭の手入れも行き届き、1泊しかしませんでしたが、次回はもう少し滞在したいです。 フロントにおいてある、カエルのハリボも絶品で、おみやげとして空港で探して買って帰ってしまいました。

Hospitality was incredible. The owner is so kind and helpful with any questions I had. The breakfast was amazing!! Everything you can think of is there, looked forward to it each morning.

Absolute wonderful BB in walking distance of Salzburg old town. One of the best we've stayed in over many many years, thank you so much for a delightful weekend.

객실은 매우 깨끗하고 포근했으며 아침식사는 다양하고 에그는 조리형태를 물어보고 바로 조리해주심. 다양한 수제잼과 치즈, 햄, 빵, 요거트 등 조식에 필요한 모든 것이 풍부하게 잘 갖추어짐. 또한 이 숙소는 시내에서 조금(걸어서 20분 정도) 떨어져 있으나 요새 잘츠부르크는 모빌리티 티켓을 숙소에서 발급해주기 때문에 자유롭게 버스를 타고 시내에 오갈수 있어 거리에 제약이 되지 않음. 렌트카가 있다면 무료주차가 되어 좋고 체크아웃 후에도 어느정도 주차해둘수 있어 매우 편리했음. 가성비 있으면서도 모든게 갖춰진 이 숙소를 매우 추천함

Very cozy and ccharming place. Clean rooms.

This property was in a beautiful location. We could walk to town or take the convenient bus. Besides the clean rooms and very comfortable bed, the breakfast was amazing! Alex is a gracious host and we are so thankful to have stayed here. We would definitely stay here again!

Alex and Iris were so kind, they gave us recommendations for great local restaurants on arrival. They were also incredibly attentive, making sure our room had everything we needed. We would recommend their B&B to anyone visiting Salzburg! Very easy walk to Old Town which made for excellent/convenient exploring.

Villa Verde is a very nice, modern and clean B&B. The B&B is located in a quiet part of Salzburg. The accommodation has a spacious parking lot on its grounds. We had grapes and water in the room as a welcome gift. We were very pleased with that. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was clean and had a sufficient number of towels. The communication with the accommodation is excellent. The owner is absolutely wonderful, funny, he prepares eggs to order for breakfast and it is obvious that he enjoys this job. Staying in this B&B was an amazing experience. As soon as we are back in Salzburg, we will stay here again.

Lovely owner operators, it feels living in a friends' home.

Villa Verde is such a great place to stay for a Salzburg vacation. Iris and Alex are wonderful hosts, and made us feel welcome during our 10 day stay. The property is what I would call “cozy/modern” decorated with unique original artwork. Rooms are very well-maintained and clean, and the surrounding area is quiet. Best of all, Alex and Iris serve up an incredible breakfast with an impressive assortment of breads, pastries, cheeses, meats, fruit, and yogurt - much of which is locally sourced. If that’s not enough, you can opt for eggs cooked to order from locally raised hens. Really I have nothing but good things to say about Villa Verde, and highly recommend.

A wonderful find. Walkable to old town but away from the hustle bustle. Large room and bathroom. Great breakfast. Alex and Iris were wonderful hosts. If ever in Salzburg again we are definitely staying here.

Excellent hôtel un peu excentre mais à 15 minutes à pied du centre de Salzbourg. Super accueil , chambre confortable et superbe petit déjeuner fait maison . Excellent

Angenehme ruhige Lage, abseits des großen Trubels. Trotzdem nur ca. 10 - 15 Minuten fußläufig zur Altstadt. Tolles individuell zubereitetes Frühstück und persönliche Betreuung. Parkplatz vorhanden!

Very cozy little B&B with excellent hosts. It has a unique interior design, clean and nicely decorated rooms, very goof breakfast, free parking, and overall, we had a really good time staying at Villa Verde. Lack of air conditioning on hot Salzburg nights we encountered was a bit of an issue and the location did require some walking to get to the old city center (which would not have been an issue if the temperature was not >30 degrees of celsius). But otherwise - definitely an excellent choice for a short stay in Salzburg and highly recommended!

Wonderful 5 night stay. Excellent en suite bedroom. Breakfast was exceptional. A great choice of real quality items. Alex and Iris were kind and attentive hosts. I will definitely stay again. I can’t fault my stay.
