I had a great four night stay at this Hotel. Everything from the airport transfer, check in, my room and breakfast was fabulous!! The rooftop pool bar was also a lovely setting!! All the staff at reception were first class and clearly committed to providing a great level of customer care. I only know the name of one,,,Tahir!! The hotel is lucky to have this young man working for them..he helped me a number of times, even escorting me to the end of the street to meet a taxi!! Thanks for a great stay!!

Couldn’t have asked for a better location. Few mins walking to most major attractions, such as fountain square, Maiden Tower and boulevard. The hotel feels very luxurious. Beautiful room, nice linens and great amenities. Extremely happy I found this hotel last minute.

The pictures on the walls of the hallway. Look at all of them. Hopefully they won't have chickend out and replaced them with ordinary hotel art. Also, there is construction work going on but we could not hear it in our rooms, despite being right next to it. Everyone was very nice.

Excellent location at the heart of the Old City, just 2 minutes walk from the Old City gate and few minutes walk to a beautiful shopping & entertainment areas especially at night. Excellent transportation facilities. Friendly, helpful staff.. Breakfast was fantastic, tasty food, large varieties and excellent service.
