Our second stay at this hotel, as previous, the hotel is immaculately clean with friendly front desk staff. In fact, the friendliness was spread out amongst all the staff. Magnificent breakfast and clean rooms at a very affordable price. Excellent hotel!

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was vast and had more than enough options. Warm and inviting! Conveniently located near a bus stop. Affordable restaurant across the road. Would stay here again.

The staff is more interested in my personal religion and nationality that providing services. They only need to focus on my payment and identity verification. They should limit themselves and should not cross the limit. I will tell as many people as I can that don’t go to Azerbaijan, a poor country and disrespectful people. Thanks

Hotel staffs are very helpful and friendly. Room service and cleanliness were too bad. We booked one room for 3 persons (3beds) but when we got to the room, there was only two beds and after we complained they added one extremely uncomfortable bed. Taxis in front of the hotel were so expensive and charged us almost 3 times higher than the real price. We booked airport transport service which had delayed about 1hour and 45 minutes. Hotel didn’t pay any penalty or gave us any discount and we had to pay the complete cost. The only thing that we got as a compensation was some fruits and cookies in our room.

quiet room with sound proof windows, comfortable bed, large rooms and very polite and friendly staff. We check-in early and check-out very late which it was very pleasent. I love Azerbaijan thanks to all good Azery people

Fantastic! We stayed at the hotel during our flying visit to Baku, hotel room was very spacious, clean and boasted a big double bed. Would recommend. Unfortunately we did not dine in the hotel restaurants nor visit the hotel spa or gym facilities, so therefore cannot comment on those amenities.
