寒い時期に行ったので、美しいプールは残念ながら入れませんでした。 空港にも近いし、シティーセンターなどのモールにもすぐ行けます。 元々観光地の少ない所ですので、プールサイドで海をみながら読書、、、と思っていましたが、寒さは着込めば大丈夫なのですが、風もけっこうきつくて、一日中という訳には行かず残念でした。 キッチン付きのお部屋なのですが、コンロがなく、コンロ付きの部屋に変更してもらうよう頼むと生憎空き室なし。電子レンジのみであまり自炊とはいきませんでした。洗濯乾燥機もお部屋にはなく、無料で使える所があったので良かったのですが、ちょっとそこの説明が。ネット上の記載事項と異なりました。 スタッフの方も気持ちよく接していただき、ありがとうございます。黒服の方で数名、愛想のない態度のよろしくない方がいましたが、ほとんどの方は親切で、気分良く過ごせました。

Beach is not fully accessible and is share with Azul , only 6 beds near the Beach area the rest of the beds far away… Not a good option if you have more people in your party or group as you will be spilt Also note there is construction next door so we were disturbed during the night and we were not informed of this when when we checked in plus when we were given the room …. We should have been compensated for this all night disturbance on 2 nights we were .

This is hands down one of the most horrible, unwelcoming, and misleading hotels I’ve ever stayed at in my life. Let me start with the biggest issue: the hotel does NOT have a private beach. This is completely misrepresented on their website and booking platforms. The beach is actually owned by a separate restaurant, and hotel guests can only access it at specific times on certain days—and even then, you’re heavily monitored. You’re not even allowed to bring a bottle of water with you. Nowhere was this mentioned before I booked, and it was a huge disappointment. This is NOT a family-friendly hotel, despite being advertised as one on Expedia. If you’re planning a stay with kids or looking for relaxing family time, this is not the place. The atmosphere is more suited for singles or groups of friends. There’s loud music, partying, and people drinking all day. If that’s what you’re looking for, great—their music and party vibes are actually decent on event nights—but don’t expect anything remotely family-oriented. There are zero family-friendly activities and absolutely no effort to make families feel welcome. Check-in was okay—Gerard was the only standout, truly helpful and professional, even when I was clearly frustrated. A few of the pool lifeguards were kind as well. Unfortunately, the same can’t be said about the security staff, especially those hired by the restaurant. They were rude, disrespectful, and treated guests like an inconvenience rather than valued customers.

The place is a disaster! At the floor entrance there was a strong smell of cigarettes, the beach was closed to a private event so we could not access, the staff was very rude and unpolited to our kids… really disappointing. And during night there was so much noise from a beach party… worse place ever! If you want to travel and enjoy, chose someplace else!!

Helgresa med min fru. Mycket trevligt läge och fin utsikt från hotellet. Bra service och personal, fräscht gym och mycket bra mat – även för veganer. Den icke uppvärmda poolen, som var avgränsad med en lina i mitten (vilket försvårade motionssimning), var för kall för att bada i under februari. Trots rökförbudet rökte man i grannrummet, vilket var störande i korridoren eftersom dörren lämnades öppen för att vädra ut röken den vägen. Hotellet är i många delar i behov av upprustning, då viss utrustning hänger på tre kvart. Ångbastun i gymmet luktade unken källare, och rummets termostat fungerade inte (men AC:n gick att stänga av). Det mest besvärande var ändå att rummet luktade illa från ventilationen – en blandning av avlopp, mögel och fukt. Hotellets lösning var att skicka en städare med en sprayflaska, som sprayade gardiner och ventilationsgallret – vilket faktiskt dolde odören en stund. Efter någon timme hade lukten dock smugit sig tillbaka, men då hade man vant sig så att det inte märktes förrän nästa gång man kom in igen.

Location is great and staffs are very friendly especially the reception lady. Sea view room is great! Breakfast ok (the day we had seems mainly Indian food). Room service was quite good. The overall condition of the hotel is ok. But a little bit old. Overall, good value and we enjoyed our stay and would like to go back and spend more time maybe by the beach or in the pool.

Buon hotel a circa 15 minuti dall'aeroporto e ad un paio di km dalla Diplomatic Area e dal The Avenues mall. Ha una piscina esterna e una spiaggetta privata. Camera spaziosa. Buona la colazione.

Place was great. Staff couldn’t be friendlier. Hamburger and pizza were surprisingly very good. Room was comfortable had a corner king suite. View was amazing.

It’s a lovely hotel. The staff are very kind and obliging. It’s walking distance from the Souq and the spa is wonderful. The hotel overall is very accommodating, spacious and professionally run They could use an update on the hotel decor , a little bit of wear and tear. Water sometimes wasn’t hot. The beach they advertised is actually private, so hotel guest are only allowed in certain parts.

Old facility need maintenance, sound proof ( you can hear the music), and renovation of furniture. Otherwise, nice place.
