ザ K ホテル

The room was beautiful. But there were 2 problems. 1. The lady at the reception didn't smile at all, nothing like a hotel receptionist for 4 star+ hotel and felt uncomfortable. 2. The hotel wifi blocked my company's website and I could work only through my mobile wifi. I could use the website ANYWHERE except this hotel but they said they couldn't do anything. I won't stay this hotel again.

周りに何もありません。ホテルの責任ではありませんが・・ あと、予約が結構いい加減。Expediaで朝食付きで予約しましたが 伝わっていませんでした。必ず英語の予約票を印刷してご持参してください。

初めて宿泊しましたが、部屋も綺麗で朝食も美味しくスタッフの対応もよいホテルでした。

The room was good up until I was woken up from loud drilling or some kind of construction noise. I called reception and they said they would send someone to check it out. Then sometime later I continue to hear the loud noise again and again. I call back to reception and ask them what is going on and that I cannot sleep due to this constant noise. They said it was emergency repair work being done. I asked how much longer it was going to go on for and they said until 5pm, it was 2pm at that time. The only solution they could give me was to move me to a different room and upgrade me. Although that was one good solution, I was already being inconvenienced by having to move while I was half asleep and that’s all they could do for me. My stay was for two nights and for that type of hotel I felt there should’ve been more done than just move me to a different room especially since I had to call back a second time.

K-Hotel is quiet, comfortable, and well-managed. The staff is friendly and customer-focused, and Jessa stands out for her exceptional service and professionalism

The gym was the best beween other hotels. The room was huge like a 1 bhk appartment, very clean and everything was as expected. The breakfast was well diversed

Solid hotel for the money. They’ve remodelled some of the rooms to now have laminate flooring instead of carpet. The daily room cleaning staff are amazing. The gym is nice but they don’t have any sanitizer for cleaning and disinfecting so that’s a bit gross. The mats were nearly black from never being cleaned. I’ve stayed here twice before but this time at check out I was asked to wait in the lobby while staff inspected my room before I could check out. I’ve only ever experienced that at cheap motels. Not sure why this was required. It kind of rubbed me the wrong way as I was in a hurry to get to the airport. Front desk staff were solid. They allowed me to check out at 2pm for free.

Good place to stay for family.. had a wonderful experience.

Good location to stay at for work Conveniently located to get to Manama, Bahrain airport as well as Sitra. Lots of options for dining around the hotel in a 10min walking distance. 5min walk to the NSA base.

Room and reception area lovely and the restaurant served a lovely breakfast. The champions bar needs updating and the pool area is also used as a smoking area. Not very nice. We picked this hotel as it's used on the shuttle bus route for the Bahrain formula 1.
