Die Bewertung findet erst nach Beendigung der ganzen Tour statt ... und wir hatten einiges an Hotels. Dies war mit Abstand das Beste. Grosser Raum, tolle Matratze, freundliches Personal. Wir können das Hotel wirklich empfehlen. Zum Frühstück können wir allerdings nichts sagen, da wir stets ausserhalb gegessen haben.

I was pretty surprised at the quality of the room and the service/staff level with this price range.
The room was clean and the design was very pretty. When I checked in the room I noticed the AC is not working, so I went to the reception and told about that. The receptionist immediately prepared me a upgrated (!) room with no additional cost so that was a really good deal.
When I moved the upgraded room, a dog was barking (and kept barking for about 2 hours) in a room next to my room. Then the same receptionist came to my room and offered me another room that is far from the room with barking dog.
That was a very kind offer and I was very surprised how quickly they take actions.
For the room cleanness, I am a neat freak so everytime I stay at somewhere I really worry about if the room (especially bathroom) is clean enough. Regarding this hotel, you don't need to worry about it at all. The hotel overall is very clean and tidy. I really want to reccomend this hotel but 1 negative point is, there is no slope at the entrance so if you are carrying heavy luggage, you have to lift it.

Buenos días.
Mi familia y yo llegamos a Bruselas el día 27/8, con una reserva de habitación triple.
Al día siguiente por la mañana, encontramos 3 chinches en la cama de matrimonio. Matamos dos y el otro lo bajamos a recepción para que lo vieran los empleados.
La atención fue excelente por su parte, cambiándonos de habitación y reembolsaldonos el precio de esa noche.
En la nueva habitación revisamos las camas bien, sin encontrar nada.
Por lo demás, la estancia bien y el desayuno bueno.
Esperamos que tomen las medidas de limpieza pertinentes para que esto no le vuelva a suceder a nadie, ya que nos parece del todo inadmisible en un establecimiento hotelero y más en uno de 3 estrellas.

Great Hotel, 12yr in pull out bed & good big comfortable bed, best pillows, perfect room temp,loved the access to coffee machine & microwave, friendly staff esp housekeeping. You receive bonus €5 voucher for skipping a room clean. Nice wee incentive. We walked everywhere no need to rely on public transports, lots of great restaurants within 5-15 mins walk. Small gym enough for a wee workout. Spotless clean! Great Wifi

Parfait ! Hôtel très bien situé, dans un quartier très sympa avec plein d’options de bars, restaurants … tout en ayant des chambres très calmes ! Juste dommage on ne m’a pas prévenu que les boissons chaudes étaient gratuites et qu’une machine était disponible à chaque étage, je l’ai découvert par moi même au bout de 2 jours 😅 sinon tout était parfait

Lovely hotel and fantastic staff. Very easy to get to from Zuid/Midi station. Very clean, comfortable, quiet and spacious rooms with access to very good facilities. We didn’t try the food so can’t comment on that but it looked like they had a good selection at breakfast. If you like shopping, there’s plenty of high end shops nearby and easy access to public transport. One small complaint is that the room doors slam shut which can be annoying, especially at night. This isn’t great for people who have sensory issues around noise etc. Other than that, it’s an amazing hotel and we will definitely stay there again!

Prima centraal gelegen, leuke winkelstraten op loopafstand. Makkelijk bereikbaar openbaar vervoer. Parkeergarage van het hotel was vol, je moet op tijd zijn en geluk hebben. Hotelkamer was netjes, bed iets te hard maar verder prima. Wij komen graag nog een keertje terug.

Despite having taken the mini double room as an individuel, I found it rather spacious. For 2 people it might be less spacious and practical to get in bed as one side is against the wall but still decent.
On every floor there is a coffee/tea corner with a coffee machine offering several types of coffees for free.
I really enjoyed the interior of this hotel. Little details making it fun.
The staff is really easy going and kind.
The situation is perfect, in a side street of a busy neighbourhood served by public transport.
I will be back for sure.

Cadre vraiment accueillant, personnel très aimable. Les points positifs sont la situation dans la ville, le personnel, les machines à café à chaque étage et surtout le petit déjeuner : top.
A revoir, les portes coulissantes de salle de bain qui grincent. Là, ce n'est juste pas possible, surtout que l'insonorisation entre chambres et juste sans plus.
