I really recommend this place to everyone who will travel Gent.
What I most concerened before arriving the hotel was the cleaness of the room (especially the bathroom), but the room including the bathroom was very clean and I found the hotel is very well maintained. The bed was very comfy and made me sleepy although I usually have a problem to fall asleep.
The women at the reception was very nice too. Her recommendation on the restaurants, bars, and souvenirs was very helpful.
You can find a good restaurant right behind the hotel (you can even go there through the hotel courtyard and enter the back entrance of the restaurant). There is a lot of other restaurants or cafes near the hotel so the location was very nice too.

Un hôtel dans une maison ancienne, avec du style et un superbe buffet de petit-déjeuner. L'hôtel communique avec un pub Guiness, parfait pour rentrer de soirée .. Emplacement parfait pour tout faire à pied, 2 petites places de parking mais très facile et prix raisonnable (15/J) de se garer aux parkings environnants (ex: Ramen).

I really recommend this place to everyone who will travel Gent.
What I most concerened before arriving the hotel was the cleaness of the room (especially the bathroom), but the room including the bathroom was very clean and I found the hotel is very well maintained. The bed was very comfy and made me sleepy although I usually have a problem to fall asleep.
The women at the reception was very nice too. Her recommendation on the restaurants, bars, and souvenirs was very helpful.
You can find a good restaurant right behind the hotel (you can even go there through the hotel courtyard and enter the back entrance of the restaurant). There is a lot of other restaurants or cafes near the hotel so the location was very nice too.

一番狭いツインルームに宿泊しました。もちろん狭いけど、トイレやシャワーは綺麗にされていて、wifiも快適で心地よく過ごせました。スタッフも親切です。

A wonderful check in experience with a very friendly and informative receptionist who made us feel really very welcome. Room was clean and bright surg everything we needed as a family of four for one night. Location very good, yet quiet at night.

We had an excellent stay for two nights in a room of four. Great staff, great area, very easy to walk to everywhere. Good underground parking lot at less than five minute walk for 15 euros. Only downside for us is that the walls seem pretty thin so we could hear outside noise when there was some. To be expected in an old building. All in all, we had a very nice time in Ghent it is a great city.

Super aardige gastvrouw. Super avond gehad echt aan te bevelen. Hotel ligt vlak bij centrum. Super stad. Auto geparkeerd in garage van hotel, aan te bevelen om deze van te voren te reserveren.
Massion Elza aanbeveling. Hebben daar geluncht, ook super. Freddy de eigenaar erg leuke gesprekken.

The room, at the top of very steep stairs was delightful. The stairs would be a struggle for some people, but they do warn you when checking in, and offer to swap rooms if an issue.
The pillows are not the best, too soft for those needing decent neck support. We didn't have breakfast, as at €18.50 felt it was a bit steep, and we wanted to find a cafe/patisserie for a light snack before heading out for the day

Disappointed as the property was advertised as a “Boutique hotel”. Our family room could not be classed as boutique ( we expected more for the cost of the room)! There was a lot of noise into our room through the ventilation ducting!
We noted the bed sheets to one of the beds was mouldy, these were replaced after we brought to the attention of the management.
The room was very warm, however there were fans provided to assist
The positives are that the hotel is centrally located and has the pub below!

Sıcak ve güler yüzlü karşılama ile başlangıç yapmak çok güzeldi. Şehir turu için öneriler ve bilgilendirmeler iyiydi. Sadece otele ilk girişte resepsiyonu bulmak biraz zor oldu. Resepsiyon için yönlendirme tabelası konulursa çok daha iyi olur. Odamız temiz ve konforluydu.
Biz çok memnun kaldık. Çocuklarımla birlikte rahat ve huzurlu bir konaklama yaptık. Herşey çok güzeldi.
Sadece otelin otoparkı kısıtlı olduğu için araç ile geliyorsanız önceden otopark için de rezervasyon yaptırmayı unutmayın.
