Nous avons passé un super séjour , nous avions la suite la plus grande chambre de l’hôtel qui est incroyable et c’était géniale pour notre famille de 4. Le personnel est vraiment très serviable et accueillant . Le petit déjeuner top !aussi .

Friendliness and helpfulness of staff. Location was quiet but only minutes from center of activities. Room and hotel were very new and clean.

Simply one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Fantastic location just a short walk from the Gravensteen (Castle of the Counts) and the rest of historic Ghent. The Family Suite is stunning. Breakfast was excellent. But most importantly, all of the staff were uniformly helpful and charming at all times. Highly recommended - we will be back!

Très charmant hôtel

Hotel concept follows comic books, famous in Belgium. It must have been completed recently, as all facilities look like new. Walkable to most important landmarks in the old town, as well as good restaurants, canal tours, etc. Nice breakfast. And importantly, staff are light of heart to go along the hotel concept.

The comic art hotel was a great base for exploring Gent. the room was clean, spacious, and well furnished. the ac works great, the beds are comfortable and there was plenty of room for 2 friends traveling. on top of all that the location was an easy walk to everything we wanted to see and the staff was very friendly and welcoming.

We have stayed at this hotel before and the experience was great. This time would have been if they hadn’t just shoved us in the room for disabled. The bathroom was for disabled and the toilet was raised too high off the floor. The room was clean and the staff on the desk were friendly but they shoved us in that room because it was late at night when we arrived.

Wonderful location

This hotel was fun and charming, featuring a unique theme and excellent service. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff consistently made you feel very welcome. Its prime location means that everything is within walking distance. I definitely recommend it!

The staff were amazing. An in particular was so helpful and friendly. She gave us lots of recommendations and advice which helped us have a really enjoyable time in the city. The rooms were spacious, clean and modern. The shower was powerful and there were plenty of sockets. We could hear nothing from next door or outside the room. The only downside is there was lots of noise from the room above on two mornings- heavy steps and banging. I'm sure if we had spoken to reception they would have sorted it but we chose not to so that isn't their fault. Our fridge was also not working and we asked reception, they got someone to fix it straight away. Unfortunately, it broke again that night but we did not speak to reception again. We would stay here again. The hotel is in a great location, it's beds are very comfortable but mostly we would stay again because the staff were amazing. Every staff member was fantastic, thank you! The breakfast was very nice too, lots of choice and the staff were fantastic.
