現地感が感じられる雰囲気のいいホテルでした。週末アントワープ中央駅からスーツケースを持って歩くと、人も多く結構時間がかかったので、中央駅に近いホテルにすればよかったと少し後悔しました。しかし、聖堂など有名な観光地からは近いです。
部屋はきれいでしたが、古い建物を改造しているので、床のたるみなどが多少気になりました。評価がよくて期待しすぎたせいか、全体に対し値段が少し高いのではないかと思いました。

The hotel is very stylish and nice mordern decor rooms are very conffortable. However, the entrance of hotel is rather difficult find and it looks not hotel entrance facing to tram rail way. Staffs are very friendly but not giving any advice for the town.

We couldn’t have asked for a better hotel. The staff was incredible—always available and skilled not only in guest services but also as bartenders. We also enjoyed a wonderful massage at the spa, which had an amazing atmosphere. The hotel's aesthetic won us over, and the views were breathtaking (see below). Our room was spacious and offered entertainment options like Amazon and Netflix.
The hotel is centrally located in a vibrant part of Antwerp, making it easy to get around.
When we return, this will be the only place we stay!

Staff incredible
But we had massages and facials
It was horrible, she played the same song over and over
The facial was excruciating the scrub I asked to remove
She just lathered us in oil, it was the worst we ever had.
I told the front desk, was told they never had complaints.
Not sure if that is how it is done in Europe, but never again. We ended up staying at another hotel when we returned to Antwerp

This is a boutique hotel in a beautifully renovated old property - we loved it. We didn't try the hotel breakfast as there are plenty of less-expensive options nearby. We did visit the spa, which you have to book and carries a separate charge but facilities are nice and you have the place to yourself. Overall an excellent, stylish hotel with excellent staff to help you.
