Nice room and extensive breakfast buffet

Très pratique pour nous lorsque nous visitons la famille à La Louvière. Nous venons en voiture, l'hôtel possède un parking. Nous aimons la tranquiilté de l'endroit, propreté et jolie décoration, ainsi que la grande amabilité du personnel. Manque juste un petit frigo dans la chambre.

Very friendly staff and breakfast really good

My stay is always good at this hotel. My only comment was the pillows are very hard and large so did not have a comfortable sleep.

Sur conseil,nous nous sommes rendus mon conjoint et moi-même dans cet hôtel pour deux nuitées. J’ai arrêté mon choix sur la chambre Cocoon et en suis très satisfaite. L’ambiance est en parfaite adéquation avec cet hymne aux Gilles, une immersion parfaite en cette période de pré-carnaval. Le petit déjeuner est copieux, les gourmands de sucré ou salé y trouveront leurs bonheurs. Merci à l’équipe concernant l’organisation de la « «surprise », le champagne était excellent. Personnel disponible et réactif, tout particulièrement Tamara pour votre gentillesse et amabilité .

The staff was, as always, amazing: extra pillows were waiting for us (as requested); we were informed at check-in that they would be there but if not, just to call reception and they would be provided. There was no decaf in the room but we were offered free a free cup of it from the machine in the reception area.

On site parking, friendly reception, clean throughout and everything was about as good as I would expect except the disappointing breakfast which was not worth the money- whith several things exhausted mid way tgrough the serving period and every thing cooked live used the same pan which raised allergy issues

Hôtel proche de Bruxelles et des principaux accès vers les villes du Royaume de Belgique. Décoration de très bon goût, chambres spacieuses et bien équipées. Petit déjeuner buffet copieux et savoureux. Personnel très professionnel, souriant et attentionné.

The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was also very accommodating and friendly, especially Mohammad. Mohammad also provided recommendations on where to eat for dinner. They did a great job, which helped us to truly enjoy our stay.

Das Hotel ist einfach zu erreichen und hat gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Außerdem freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet, und ein gut ausgestatteter Fitnessraum. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn ein kleiner Kühlschrank zur Zimmerausstattung gehört hätte.

Vond de kamer prima alleen in het restaurant wat meer variatie op de menukaart ook eventueel voor kinderen die waren er ook veel voor deze was er weinig keuze

Hotel moderne et d'un bon rapport qualité prix Petit bémol pour la literie des lits simples qui ne m'a pas convenu. Pour les lits double je n'en sais rien. Mais le reste est très correct. Petit déjeuner tout simplement exceptionnel pour ce type d'établissement

Zeer net hotel

Helpful reception staff, clean and well managed and convenient access to the main road. Rather disappointing that the brasserie was closed and very limited choice in the hotel dinner menu. Room was comfortable and well maintained. We have stayed at this hotel many times.

Stayed 2 nights at the start and end of a trip to Europe. I would recommend this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, even with 4 adults and 1 dog. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was large and had everything you would expect. A usb port in the room would be useful but other than that I can't offer any room for improvements. Easy hotel to get to, with free secure car parking. The breakfast has a more European feel than some hotels with a large choice. It is a medium sized hotel with everything you will need. We will certainly be going back when in the area. Of note when we arrived on the first night the lady on reception welcomed our dog with a free bowl of biscuits. Fantastic.
