I had a very disappointing experience at this property and would not recommend it. The overall condition of the property was far below what was advertised. It is clear that the place has not been properly cleaned or maintained for quite some time. There was visible dust buildup throughout the property, including vents and surfaces, which made the environment feel dirty and neglected. There were also serious maintenance and safety concerns. Exposed and improperly installed electrical wires and outlets were left visible, which is not only unprofessional but also potentially dangerous. The kitchen and outdoor areas were in very poor condition. The grill was extremely dirty and rusted, clearly not cleaned or maintained. Additionally, there was no working gas available — the gas tank was empty, so we were unable to use basic kitchen functions like boiling water. The bathroom was also not properly cleaned. The shower area showed clear signs of dirt and buildup, which made it uncomfortable to use. Overall, the property felt neglected, poorly maintained, and not prepared for guests. For the price we paid, this is completely unacceptable. I will be requesting a full refund and reporting this experience. I strongly advise other travelers to be cautious before booking this property.

Clean room stuff was very nice, only lukewarm water for the shower and you’re on a busy street during business hours

Staff was courteous & helpful, carrying our luggage up as it was on 3rd floor. Apartment was as expected. Street traffic was rather noisy.

The room was clean, there was free parking in front of the building, it was close to things, easy, check-in, and easy Internet access. Just wish that they had ground coffee to go along with the coffee pot and creamer that I was able to locate. The other item was there was only hand soap by the sink. There was no toiletries in the shower. I was told guests bring their own coffee and they apologize for the error with the toiletries. Just check first when you get into the room and then there is a small shop next-door, but you have only one choice in size of coffee so if you’re not staying for more than one or two nights, you’re gonna have to either take it with you or leave it there. My suggestion will be to invest in some single filter packs like many hotels have and offer them to your guests as a service.

It would be nice to have a clearer sign. Have to get really close to be able to read it at night.

More suitable for young and single travelers

Very clean, comfortable bedding, nice balcony, would book again.

I always enjoy staying at DB Towers. My last stay was a little different but that was my fault because I choose a cheaper room then normal. I like that nobody bothers me and I can relax. I will always choose DB Towers!

I arrived after office was closed and they communicated properly and made sure I had the code to my lock box to get in my room . Was lovely and peaceful and a great stay . Will definitely be staying again

Tv didn’t work had ting ants in fake kitchen area

I got to the property and the room I booked was not available. The was no ability to check in at the property so I had to call the manager on the phone number provided by Expedia. After about an hour I was moved to another property. Very poor experience overall!

I liked this place a lot, great price nice location with balcony.

The communication definitely requires work, it was just all over the place and unprofessional.

This was our second stay here. We like the convenient location and the facility.

The honey sweet room have a horrible odor. The tv wasn't working. The refrigerator needed to be defrost so that the door could keep close. Night light was broken and needed to be fixed. Utensils was dirty and the jacuzzi wasn't working. Will not recommend this place

Well , I don't get the instructions for checking on time. The condition of the apartment is acceptable but they need to clean ... Some areas dusty . The apartment is good but... El apartmento está bien ubicado pero necesitan mejorar en limpieza y comunicación

This chateau was nice and beautiful . Was kept up and clean. Love the pool m cabanas. The workers was just simply wonderful and tedpectful
