I arrived after office was closed and they communicated properly and made sure I had the code to my lock box to get in my room . Was lovely and peaceful and a great stay . Will definitely be staying again

I always enjoy staying at DB Towers. My last stay was a little different but that was my fault because I choose a cheaper room then normal.
I like that nobody bothers me and I can relax. I will always choose DB Towers!

I got to the property and the room I booked was not available. The was no ability to check in at the property so I had to call the manager on the phone number provided by Expedia. After about an hour I was moved to another property. Very poor experience overall!

The honey sweet room have a horrible odor. The tv wasn't working. The refrigerator needed to be defrost so that the door could keep close. Night light was broken and needed to be fixed. Utensils was dirty and the jacuzzi wasn't working. Will not recommend this place

It was a nice sraying, the apartment is furnished with everything es needed to cook, communicate and rest.
Only the property owner has to cerrect the street number which apears in the property as 2491 and in rhe information in expedia as 2437. Also the telephone number we received in the information is not working anymore. We had to ask for help to the police station to locate the property end the owner.

I arrived before check in and was able to leave my bags in the reception. I came back around 5pm after the woman in charge had leftfor the day. She left me a note with a wrong contact number. The note also said she left me a message in expedia. She did not. It was only by luck that anther customer had her correct number in his phone. I tried calling her in Whatsapp but she did not pick up. She finally answered her phone after half an hour. I got the code to get the keys well after dark. Very poor service.

The ladies running the place great; kind, efficient, attentive. The place itself is kind of located in the middle of nowhere. The housing next door is loud and there was quite a lot of yelling and disagreements, it didn't feel the safest which i guess is why there were two doors and three locks.
