ゴールデン ツリー ホテル

Got to the hotel with hopes of a good stay. Durning the first couple hours we went without power a few times. The room only had a jacuzzi tub no option for a shower unless you used the contraption next to the toilet. Water wasn't warm at all. You could barley getinto the room due to the placement of the bed. The bed had dirt or sand in it which made it uncomfortable until it was dusted out. Not a100%sure but possible bed bugs or other bugs in the bed. All in all i was disappointed for the price paid and quilty of the room. Dont go off the pics on line the are deceiving. Glad it was only one night or i would have asked for a refund on the remaining nights. The do have a cool roof top. For the view.

Helpful - booked online - could not find when arrived but they gave us 2 great rooms at on line price. Room good physically - too chilly - beds great, water flow great - only negative was a gosh awful sound coming out of vent starting at 5 am and continued till we finally gave ion and got up. Lady at desk was informed and had a “yah, well - so what” type response which was strange as all other staff thru stay were terrific. Sounded like someone in vent was electric shaving thru a megaphone

The place smelled moldy, the AC wasn’t working, the TV didn’t show well, there was hair all over the toilet, the shower is all over the place, there was roaches in the room

We needed a quick overnight stay in Belize city so that we could visit the Mayan ruins and Cave tube so we chose this location. It was decent and doable for the night stay. The part that exceeded my expectations was the front desk staff. The women were so helpful and answered all of our questions. They even whipped us up free breakfast in the morning. We really appreciated that

El hotel está muy bien, las habitaciones son amplias, limpias y muy cómodas. El personal podría prestar un servicio más atento, pero en general también muy bien este tema. El restaurante tiene comida muy rica vegetariana, pero para el desayuno solo existe un menú chino, debería ser más internacional pues esta comida es extraña para muchas personas. Contratamos un tour por la Ciudad de Belice, con una persona que nos recomendó el hotel. Su nombre es Jason y NOS ENCANTÓ! Estuvo excelente su atención y lo que nos llevó a conocer, muy recomendado pues además es una compañía grata y conversar con él también fue muy interesante.

Bad Breakfast, the room is OK but the rest of the place is dirty. Only Vegetarian food at restaurant.

Upstairs pool is cool, but a little run down. The restaurant was really good

Safe, friendly staff. How ever rooms need to be cleaner, and bath rooms upgraded

When booking I base my decision on the pics, when I got there, it wasn’t what I had seen, I told the front desk that the room I had booked was different and I was told that the pictures were from the jacuzzi room because they hadn’t been able to submit other pics because the other pics did not meet the standard. There was no safe, no closet, no drawers, we were given 3 bath towels, nothing else.

pool was not clean and leaked in walkway... not pleasant atmosphere but served its purpose as an emergency flight cancelled place to sleep. staff was very accommodating and quite nice.

Not a very clean place and a local (airport worker) told us it was a hotel people rent rooms by the hour.

酒店由台灣人經營，員工都好親切友善，但房間裝修有點殘舊，但算整潔。早餐選擇少。坐計程車出碼頭車站都不遠。

Nice rooftop pool but when I went up there was a party. Loud music and people drinking alcohol . Felt like I was intruding on a private party. Stayed fir about 15 mins on the side in the only chair that was left and it was broken . Bare wires handing down walls , deadbolt didn’t work in door , one towel each. No bath towels or face clothes , no coffee pot , no privacy in bathroom, very dirty halls . Not worth what they charged to stay there

The restaurant was open on a holiday which had good food. A huge rain storm came in for about 4 hours and it was raining inside the building, we had a puddle in our room, water running down the elevator shaft and in the lobby. Looks like they need to finish the property to prevent these issues.

I wasn’t impressed with the place. Looked better online. It was under construction, room smelled musty. Was smoking hot when I arrived. Didn’t turn the AC on prior to my arrival. Not in a great part of the City. You can hear people working out in the gym 2 floors up. Nothing close to walk to. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Iprioerty was fine. My complaint was I was promised the room was prepaid for my wife who lives in Belize. It was not

Décevant

Worst place to stay. No soap. No shower head only a hose. No hand towels. No wash rags. Broken toilet seat. One hanger to hang clothes. No iron. Very small room. Nothing like what is advertised. I recommend that you take them off your website. I took pictures.
