I loved everything from the welcoming to the sunrise views it was great

We love everything about grand caribe. It was slow season and wished the pool bar stayed open longer for the guests.

This was one of my best trios hands down. I have no complaints to give about he hotel and staff. From the moment I walked in, it was nothing but exceptional

The condominiums were very clean, and the environment was quiet. I appreciated the scenic view of the beach. Although the pool was purportedly open until 10:00 PM, it was not illuminated at night. One aspect I found unsatisfactory was the sign in the lobby indicating live music until 10:00 PM; however, when we arrived at the restaurant at 8:45 PM, the hostess informed us that the musician had already left for the evening and that the restaurant would be closing in 15 minutes. Additionally, we received inaccurate information regarding a restaurant called the Truck Stop; staff at the resort stated that it was open, but in reality, it was closed on every day except one. Consequently, the staff demonstrated a lack of knowledge about local activities. I was also disappointed that there was limited entertainment, that the amenities lacked inclusivity, and that the restaurant hours did not extend late into the evening. Other resorts in different countries typically offer nightly entertainment.

Friendly staff

The 2 bedroom condo fit our family of 4 perfectly. We went during off season and frequently had the closest pool to ourselves. Staff were very pleasant. Was somewhat underwhelmed by the beach area and pool bar food. Liked the location north of bridge as not as chaotic but still lots of food options off property

Wonderful stay! We will be returning hoping for the same experience. We stayed in a 2 bedroom beach view condo, located on the second floor overlooking the main/grand swimming pool. The condo was clean, the showers were hot and the AC was cold! Laundry service was complimentary so I left without having to think about when that chore would get done. The one constructive criticism that I have....there were mosquitoes in or condo.

I stayed at the Grand Caribe Resort. There were pros and cons. Pros were condo was spacious, great outdoor sitting area. Cons- water pressure low during shower, floors and countertops not cleaned had food stains and smudges for last guests, floor were dirty. Found a green floss behind bedside night stand. ran out of bananas, chicken, limited food options only 2 restaurants. One was only opened Wednesday-Sunday. The dining for the Rain who’s is outdoors would have been nice but the flies were overwhelming and the outdoor dining was terrible.

We had an excellent stay. The facility was beautiful and the staff was very attentive. There is a type of sea weed that is creating a terrible smell on the coast, and that is definitely present, but it isn’t something that the facility itself has any control over. But just so visitors are aware there is a definite smell all over the island. But the Grand Caribe resort itself was beautiful and the facilities were very clean and comfortable. It was a girls trip with 3 of us and we each had our own suite with a bathroom which was amazing. Highly recommend. Safe and lots of security, not that I ever felt like we needed it, really. Great options for excursions through the concierge as well.

Great place to call home for a week away. Our room had all the amenities of home with an ocean view. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. Private in room Internet access available. Good activity choices as well.

This place is in a great location both on the ocean and how it relates to restaurants, downtown San Pedro and Secrets Beach. This was our second time to this property. The first time with friends and the second with our three kids. The rooms are spacious giving you the feeling of being home away from home. The views are beautiful in the mornings watching the sunrise. The pool bar has it all with great food and great drinks. We love it here.

We stayed in two types of rooms this trip. I like the complimentary laundry service. The view from both rooms was really nice. The accommodations was really nice. The 2nd room could use an elevator. The 2nd room could use glass storage containers, like the first room. The staff was professional and quite accommodating. I would recommend this place to someone. The restaurants onsite was pricey. One would need a golf cart to get around. Overall the trip Was really nice. 8/10.

Everything was amazing! Kinda wish the sargassum wasn't as prevalent, but that's mother nature's fault! Definitely annoyed our stay here! Thank you so much, Grand Caribe!!

Have been there many times in the last 10 yrs. Property is starting to need updating

Grand Caribe Belize is a good place to stay with the family when traveling to Belize. It is very quiet and family friendly. The suites are good size with each room on the opposite side of one another. Having two bathroom while traveling with teenage girls is another plus.
