The rooms was clean. Everything was great.

The property was great we had WiFi the whole time and great air conditioning the place was clean and well stocked people were friendly and the staff helpful would definitely go back here.

Upon reading the reviews I expected to leave a great review for this place but sadly I have to be honest if my experience as reviews always help me book where I’m going to stay. CONS: The first issue was that there was no WiFi as was advertised there was a router in the unit but no Ethernet cord connected and no internet connection just the signal going out so we had to use all of our international data and buy more costing us $80. We messaged the host about the internet and she never replied to the message. The hot water was probably our second issue as the water only was hot for the first night. We informed the host that the hot water was not hot and she responded 24 later saying she could send maintenance out while we were visiting one of the islands and they came and from there we had one more hot shower after that and decided this was not something that was going to be fix while we were there. Next one of the scariest issues were there were two huge roaches the size of a small mouse in the unit crawling high on the walls. We were scared that it would get in our luggage and just generally scared to go to sleep at this point. We put towels below the bedroom doors so that it could not crawl in. We contacted the host regarding this and her response was did you find them as if it’s no big deal. We asked her if she had bug spray and no response or urgency regarding the matter. I was able to kill one and took plenty of pictures of this. Thirdly was the small ants that were

This was a last minute booking. Booked less than 24hrs prior and got a fast response. Lovely apartment, very welcoming concierge and comfortable stay. Will return in the future.
