GREAT ROOM, GREAT SERVICE.

When I first arrived at this property I was treated with a beautifully decorated room for my birthday. That was a surprise and I was so shocked and happy. The building is perfectly located next to a market but the walls are thin. You can hear people breathing and walking by. That quickly changed in my second to last night when a stranger walking around my floor yelling house keeping walked into my room at 11pm. How they had the key I still don’t know. The staff on site never came to check on me after it happed and tried to convince me it was staff when it clearly wasn’t. As a solo traveling woman this was exceptionally scary. But I think the part that stroke me the most is they were obviously to the unsafe conditions I just had experienced and never showed care after to make sure I was ok. I checked out early and they were shocked why. I hope they figure out how to make sure this doesn’t happen again. We’re headed back and will explore other hotels.

Overall, we had an amazing stay! It felt like the perfect location, with everything being a short distance away. The restaurant in the hotel was the highlight! The food was absolutely amazing—some of the best food on the island. We had a nice oceanfront view from our room. I loved having a gallon of water in the room as a heavy water drinker. We loved our room even though it had a few imperfections, such as chipping on the bed frame. The TV in the master bedroom was not set up for viewing; it would stay stuck on the “source or Wi‑Fi connection” page. Housekeeping could have done a better job. For instance, they never restocked the toilet paper, and we had to call the front desk twice for more. Then, apparently, a pipe burst and shut off the water service for about 5–7 hours. I understand things happen, but we weren’t given a heads-up or notice until there was no water coming to the room.

What’s not to love about it? The views are gorgeous. The rooms are nice and clean and comfortable. The beds was Real comfortable. And the hospitality at the front desk I love them, ladies. They was very helpful.

I enjoyed my stay at the watermark hotel. It was very convenient for food and other necessities you may need. There was a restaurant in the hotel and the food was good. Also they serve hookah at the restaurant for my hookah lovers. The staff were very friendly and room service made sure you had everything.

Lovely white & turquoise theme bedrooms, very clean, amazing service! Would love to stay there again. Highly recommended.

The rooms need better cleaning. The floors and walls were dirty, and the bedsheets were yellowish and the wrong size, which caused them to come off the mattress. The elevator and entrance glass doors were also quite filthy. On a positive note, the rooftop area is very nice, with a great view and a lovely pool. The staff were helpful and friendly. I would also suggest improving the room ambiance to make the stay more comfortable and inviting overall.

We enjoyed our stay at the Watermark, it was close to everything and we even received a welcome drink. The staff were friendly, the room was cute, and it was a bit cold in our room at first but the helped us figure it out. The rooftop was a nice added touch, we would definitely stay there again.

The service was great, checking in and checking out only took a few minutes and the front desk is very helpful with enjoying your stay! The will help you with airport drop offs, golf cart rentals, excursions, and more! To my surprise, my room was decorated for my birthday without me even requesting it! Everything in the room was up to standard. The food tasted like authentic belizean food so definitely give it a try. I highly recommend this hotel at such an affordable price!

Amenites, the roof top resturant lacks the resturant feel, the gound floor resturant would have been nicer. The pool needs more loung chairs in the sun. The rooms need some repairs to remain at 4 star hotel.
