部屋にタオルがなかったり、洗濯のサービスがなかった。飛行機の時間を言ったら、大分前に追い出された感じで朝食の用意はありませんでした。

I booked a twin room but was given a double room. There was no communication or discount. I had trouble with no hot water, so I put on my clothes again in the cold and went to the front desk, and after a few minutes they were able to get hot water, although it was unstable. There was no soap in the sink or bath. This accommodation is not worth $40.

It was written that there was a laundry, but it didn't actually exist. And the hot water only comes out for about 10 minutes

単純なミスかもしれないが、事前予約で決まっていた金額より多くを請求された。予約の画面を見せたら、その値段で泊まれた。 シャワーがすぐに出なくなる。お湯は10分程度しかでず、他の部屋の人が使っていると水すら出なくなった。 トイレから若干の異臭がした。 夜は非常に寒くなる地域なのだが、暖房がない。

清潔で熱いお湯も出ました、ベッドも毛布が重ねて有り、寒くなかったです。 タオルの交換、トイレットペーパーの補充も、申し出ればすぐしてくれました。 朝食はパンとバナナ、シリアル少し、飲み物でタンパク質はありませんが、私たちは満足でした。 歩いて買い物にも行けます。 オーナーとはGoogle翻訳でコミュニュケーションは取れました、気さくなオーナーでした。

オーナーが親切で何か不便は無いかと声をかけてくれて有り難かった

立地もそこまで悪くなく清潔感がありシャワーもしっかりお湯が出て水圧も良かったです！ シャワーは午前7〜11と午後7〜11時しかお湯は使えないみたいです。

オーナーを含めスタッフの皆さんの対応が非常に良ったです。 特にオーナーは、英語はほとんど出来ませんが、何とかなりました。また、非常に親切で良くして下さいました。 部屋もバスルームも食堂もレセプションもとても清潔で、気持ちが良かったです。 ただ、私は平気でしたが、歯ブラシ、シャンプー、石鹸等のアメニティがなかったので持参が必要です。 (言えば、購入可能かと思いますが、、、) 立地も悪くなく、オーナーもとても親切でまた利用したいです。

Hotel simples, com atendimento muito bom. A escada pode ser problema para quem esta com mala grande.

The hotel looks it is very new. The room was spotlessly clean and nicely decorated, the hot water shower worked well. The señor at reception was incredibly nice and helpful beyond words. He will give recommendations on where to eat and help you with any questions. He also called a taxi for me and waited with me for the taxi to arrive as Uber doesn’t work in Uyuni. A very kind and amiable man!

I stayed here one night. I was surprisingly warm in the room even though it was freezing in Uyuni (40F). It's nothing fancy but comfortable.

사장님 엄청 친절하심~ 번역기도 항상 준비해놓으시고, 의사소통의 짱!!👍 현관이 이중 잠금이라 투어하고 늦은 시간, 이른 시간에 벨을 눌러야 하는데ㅠㅠ 늘 깨어서 바로 내려와주시고 괜찮다 해주심! 따뜻한 물도 잘 나오고, 조식도 다 준비해서 방으로 가져다주심ㅜㅜ 진짜 친절의 끝판왕! 인상도 너무 좋으심ㅎㅎ 버스터미널에서는 약간 떨어진 편이라 캐리어 여행객은 좀 힘들 수 있음

Hot water very good. Very hot. Breakfast service good. Staffs nice.

The host of the hotel is very attentive, responsive, and helpful. He has solved multiple problems we encountered. He helped booking a taxi to the bus station at very early morning, and made sure we got on the taxi. He provided local information about the two bus stations. The old bus station was actually none-existing, which was printed incorrectly on our pre-booked bus ticket. This helped us to have avoided a lot of trouble. The room is quiet and comfort. It is just a 10-min walking distance away from many local tours.

This hotel is located in a safe and quiet area and about 5-muinute walking from the central bus station. The hotel room that I stayed is clean and its amenities are in good condition; however, it is very cold at night since there is no heater. I stayed there for two nights. I did not take a shower on the day after the first night because the owner/manager did not turn on hot water; after coming back after the sight seeing tour of the Salt Flat I went to see the owner and requested he turn on hot water at 6 a.m. tomorrow so that I can take a shower before leaving. There was no hot water at 6 a.m. because he did not turn it on, I had to wake him up and requested the hot water be turned on, and then for some reason the hot water could not come up to my room the owner had to fix it. When he finally got the hot water up to my room it was too late I had to leave. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
