I stayed this lovely hotel two nights. Family runs the hotel and they are so nice and helpful. Joaquin, son of the owner speaks English and I am impressed with his passion. I enjoyed talking with the owner while we are on the car. Also lovely mother made me breakfast and the other son organized my tour. Thank you everything and I will definitely come back!

Very humble, respectful, serviceful and helpful staff. One of the best breakfast I have ever had. Their bread is delicious and the juices exceptional. I would definitely stay at this place again!!

This great, away from the city noise and very safe. The staff is service full, kind, respectful, polite and helpful. It is managed by the owner and her two children. I will definitely stay here again!

Grande maison un peu style auberge et séjour chez l'habitant. Les chambres sont très grandes, avec un lit parfait pour deux, une salle de bain aussi grande et pratique. Tv LED de bonne qualité. Le wifi marche très bien . Le petit déjeuner est servi frais tous les matins, avec possibilté d'avoir des ieufs de la manière souhaité

The FAMILY that own it are the kindest people we met on our 3 week holiday. We received the very best treatment from the moment we walked in until we left. Our family of 6 ( 4 teens) had the best hotel in la paz , i do believe. I do hope that they have many , many more years of success. little tidbits: The property is a beautifully restored and maintained. Amazing views of the city and close to the teleforica ( 300 steps). A little white cat prowls around and that loves to visit in the rooms =) the kids loved it. My fear is that the next time we travel to La Paz, is that will not be able to find rooms at Qhini Hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay. This family operated property has the friendliest staff I have ever met. The property has space to move around and the room had a great view. A hot water shower with a very large room and comfortable bed was a big plus. The hotel was as beautiful as it was spotless. It was also out of the city center and quite! Close enough to walk to restaurants and a very safe neighborhood. They also provide transportation to and from the airport for about $20

Die Familie, die das Hotel führt war unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend. Diese Unterkunft ist für La Paz absolut empfehlenswert. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir würden definitiv jederzeit wieder dort übernachten.

We had such a nice stay at this hotel. The hotel arranged pick-up for us late at night when we arrived to La Paz by bus. They helped us with transportation during our stay as well as the hotel is in the south and a bit far from the center. I like that the hotel was in the south as the elevation was not as high as other parts of La Paz. The room was nice, clean, warm, and comfortable. It had enough space for two twin beds and for 2 people to move around. The shower was wonderful! Lots of water pressure and very warm water. The family that runs the hotel was SO NICE. They helped us get around, figure out places to visit. They recommended some FANTASTIC restaurants (Gustu and Ali Pacha), as well as some coffee shops to check out in the center. We felt welcome and comfortable. I hope I get to go back to La Paz so I can stay here again.

I arrive early on my checking date. I was greet by my full name, and immeiately took me to my room. They did not charge for early checking. I am greatly thankfull for that because we were feeling sick due tp the high alttitude. We were also tired from a long flight. I would highly recommend this hotel. Great staff.

Muy buena experiencia, nos tocó una habitación al lado de un canal y el sonido del agua corriendo sirvió para un buen descanso. Muy linda vista. Muy agradables los dueños, nos atendieron muy bien y nos dieron buenas recomendaciones. Muy rico desayuno.

This was most wonderful stay in our South American holiday. Muchas gracias Daniel Oscar and Lucia for making us feel at home in your lovely hotel. Bolivia was challenging and you made it so much easier your hospitality advice and daily breakfast is so appreciated. Highly recommend this hotel is a quiet area yet convenient to all we wanted to do and see.

Great service, very comfortable. The room had a gas heater and was really warm at night.

La rue en travaux qui oblige à grimper 200m pour arriver à l'hôtel...épuisant...provisoire... Standing moyen mais propre. Quartier sans intérêt (Obrajes) Mais l'extrême gentillesse et la très grande disponibilité de la famille qui gère cet hôtel sauve tout !

A rua estava em obra e interditada, tinha muita poeira e buracos na via super escura. O app do hoteis.com, te envia para um local diferente do que realmente o hotel está e para chegar ao hotel tem que subir uma escadaria. O hotel deveria comunicar que não dava pra chegar na porta devido as obras (tive que caminhar 2 quadras com malas grandes) além de ter gasto muito mais com o taxi devido a localização errada no mapa do app. Fora isso é uma pousada bem arrumadinha e seus donos foram atenciosos no resto do tempo.

This place is the best! It's a hidden gem. If you go to La Paz, STAY HERE. This is a family-run place, and they will treat you like you are part of their family. Oscar, Alicia, and their children run a top-notch establishment. Anything you need, they will help out with. They were willing to give us rides all over the city, even though there are plenty of places within walking distance near the hotel. Fun fact: Qhini is a type of potato that grows in Bolivia. That's where the name comes from. I miss everything about this place. The food in La Paz is incredible. You can ask Oscar and Alicia for recommendations, or go to places that are already rated. Really, you can't go wrong. I think I've been slightly depressed since coming back. What a great trip--and marvelous hotel!!
