Perfect! Reasobanle! Good service! Good smile! Near beautiful beach!

Room was spotless, however they do charge for the drinks in the fridge so just be mindful. It is very cheap anyways so not a big deal. Staff on the rooftop was so lovely, cocktails were amazing also and the view is amazing. Breakfast was a decent selection not amazing but average( it is what you would expected to get for a hotel buffet). Overall very great stay.

A equipe é muito atenciosa, o hotel é muito bom, excelente localização. Como sugestão creio que as toalhas de banho deveriam ser de melhor qualidade. Mas o restante supera esta observação.

This is great location on the beach boulevard and the stay was most pleasant. The place was clean and comfortable and the included breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of food choices. The room on the beach-facing side of the building had a great view of the beach as did the roof top bar. There are lots of beach activities near by and tour operators offer hotel pickups/drop-offs. The area is very safe with lots of police and security patrols on the beach boulevard and lots of people enjoying activities on the beach. The main tourist spots are a bit farther away though but there is a taxi stand right outside of the hotel and Uber is readily available. A particularly nice touch was the free juice and coffee provided from the lobby coffee bar for a very early morning departure even before the coffee bar was open.

Hotel é bom, tem um bom café e restaurante, todos do hotel foram cordiais e atenciosos, cama confortável, e a vista é sem comentários. Mas acredito que os quartos precisem de reforma. Madeiras nas portas de entrada e do banheiro já estão deterioradas, box do banheiro com vazamento, cuba também com vazamento. Pequenos detalhes que podem passar despercebidos por alguns, mas para quem conhece a rede Arena sabe que eles são excelentes e sempre ofereceram um bom serviço.

Air Condioning very noisy . Breakfast OK but bread not good.

Estadia foi muito boa, quarto confortável e com uma vista maravilhosa, inclusive no terraço, o ponto de melhora é o café, que pode ter mais variedades e tb ter um serviço melhor, no encerramento a mesa foi retirada de forma rápida e achei constrangedora para nós que estávamos lá ainda.

A vista do hotel é realmente linda, mas o serviço ficou aquém do esperado. Por ser um hotel à beira-mar, é natural lidar com areia, porém mesmo após solicitar a troca, a roupa de cama permaneceu com areia até o fim da estadia. Na última noite, ao tomar banho, percebemos que a toalha havia sido esquecida, o que foi bastante desconfortável. No terraço, outro hóspede questionou a ausência de música e a resposta foi que o sistema de som estava com problemas. Pela categoria do hotel, espera-se mais atenção aos detalhes e consistência na experiência. Há potencial para entregar muito mais do que foi oferecido.

A equipe de funcionários - absolutamente todos - é extremamente eficiente e cortez. Por outro lado, o hotel fica bem localizado, na praia do Leme, que é super tranquila, geralmente frequentada por famílias. Excelente relação custo benefício. Recomendo

We travel very often outside USA and we can say this is one of the best staffs we have encounter, friendly, helpful they made reservations for us help us with recommendations about money exchange, tours, places to visit and so may other thing. I want to say Elizabeth was amazing, staying at the Arena Leme made our vacation so much more enjoyable! Our friends stay a block from here and they didn’t get any help or anything from a hotel much bigger than this, 100% recommended we will be back for sure!

The stay overall was great. The staff not all of them were friendly but most of them try to make you feel like home. Room was beautiful with ocean views and super clean. Breakfast is good but very limited options, also they do not give water out of courtesy, so I recommend to buy some in a supermarket nearby which is 24/7, super convenience. They have a rooftop with beautiful views, nice pool and a bar. Good option to take ocean front and not too expensive as Copacabana or Ipanema.

Not a 4 star hotel!!! Family room too small.

The room was clean and tidy! The staff was kind and helpful. The beds were comfortable. The restaurant food was delicious. I would absolutely stay here again.
