The front desk guy Maxwell was very nice, polity and helpful

Staff was wonderful as was the buffet and bar. The beds were not comfortable and we had to ask for towels and blankets. The AC dripped water all night and the bidet was broken and sprayed water everywhere. It was very close to the airport but not easy to get to because of the roads, and also no Uber would go because it was too close. We had to get a taxi.

I liked that it was close to the airport. Very convenient.

Very close to the airport. However, no shuttle service. Small rooms, but clean. Great option for a quick stop over before or after a flight.

Fiquei chateado pois paguei um valor bem maior que os demais hotéis da regiao, recebi roupas de cama rasgada, toalha molhada e rasgada. Para o nível do Íbis, esse deixou a desejar

Coberta so na recepao, corredores com cheiro de mofo, banheiro pequeno e sem PRIVACIDADE, SEM AGUA NO QUARTO

Não tem serviço de quarto, perto do aeroporto mas havia um odor desagradável em todo o hotel

I am not happy. My father who is a 79 years old man is who stayed there. I told them many times (have the names I spoke to). I don't have one name is special because the person didn't want to introduce herself. I asked. Who am I talking to and I saw they read but chose not to reply. So this morning I woke up with a message saying that my father went downstairs to eat but they didn't let him because there was no payment for the buffet. Only the dinner the night before was payed by me. So they didn't let him eat because they didn't reach me on time to do the PIX like I did the day before. I told them all many times that I was going to pay anything he ate before he leaves the hotel. Also they started the conversation asking for another PIX BUT my father hadn't eaten yet because they blocked him from enter and serve himself and he didn't want to eat anymore. (A 79 years old have their ways.) I have all messages on my whatsapp in case you would like to see the type of treatment they offer there. They want the money before they let him eat. They embarrassed my father. Even if I had already payed with PIX the night before for his dinner. 2 seconds to do a PIX. But they said (I have it written) that FIRST payment and then they can eat. HORRIBLE Service. Low Quality. Fake kindness. Rude people. Not trained properly. Those people will never upgrade for a 5 stars hotel. How could I do a PIX before I knew if he had chosen to eat there? I would be happy to send the conversation. THX

Ótimo hotel bem perto do aeroporto (uns 8 min caminhando). Perfeito para quem chega tarde ou pega voo logo cedo. Apenas os travesseiros podiam ser mais confortáveis…

Tenho alergia à poeira e o filtro do ar-condicionado estava sujo

Hotel com quatro de tamanho bom e bem ventilado. Ótima localização. Atendimento muito ágil no check in/out. Custo/benefício excepcional
