O hotel é um charme. A equipe super prestativa e os quartos são bem confortáveis. A piscina poderia ser ao menos climatizada (essa parte que deixou a desejar).

O café da manhã tinha bastantes variedades, comida boa e de qualidade. O hotel é limpo e organizado, piscinas limpas e o cardápio do restaurante com ótimas opções. Funcionários educados e sempre solicitos.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est impeccable et la vue de la terrasse est superbe. Belles piscines. Les chambres sont confortables mais la douche n’avait pas du tout de pression. Il fait quand même être en forme pour monter aux chambres, beaucoup de marches. Très bon service du personnel

Café da manhã com cardápio individual, incrível! Funcionários muito atenciosos, Cláudio, Rhian! Tivemos um problema com o quarto, mas no dia seguinte resolveram pra gente! Quartos são muito antigos e é preciso subir muitas escadas. Mas vale a pena pelo atendimento, café da manhã e a vista da sacada!

Me hospedei neste hotel e tive uma experiência excelente! A localização é realmente incrível: de frente para o mar, em uma área bastante tranquila e reservada, perfeita para descansar e relaxar. O hotel em si também é muito calmo, oferecendo um ambiente acolhedor e silencioso. As piscinas são bem bonitas, super bem cuidadas, todo o hotel é muito limpo. O serviço de spa é ótimo, ideal para quem quer desacelerar e aproveitar ao máximo os dias de folga. Gostei muito do café da manhã, com variedade, qualidade e tudo sempre fresco. O que fez a diferença mesmo foi o atendimento: todos os funcionários foram extremamente atenciosos e prestativos, sempre prontos para ajudar com simpatia. Com certeza recomendo esse hotel para quem busca conforto, sossego, ótima localização e um atendimento excelente!

Ótima pousada. Nota 10 para a localização e estrutura. Possui uma vista incrível! Cardápio com quitutes deliciosos, café da manhã bom, com opções de preparo na hora. Foram flexíveis no checkout. Pontos de melhoria: A piscina aquecida poderia ser limpa todos os dias, agua estava um pouco verde e com areia. O que chamou minha atenção ao reservar foi 1 serviço de spa grátis, mas foi fornecido apenas 15 minutos de massagem na cadeira apropriada para isso. Então não se engane. Funcionários atenciosos e cordiais. O quarto não tem ruído de som, então torçam pra não pegar um vizinho sem noção como na minha estadia. Recomendo e voltarei

Great views and friendly staff. However the staff weren't v proactive. Lots of standing around when actually areas of the property could have been cleaner. The glass balustrade needs regular cleaning to improve view. Long waits to be served at bar too

If you’re European this property is quite a few levels down from what you believe you’re booking. As an independent hotel it is seriously lacking the level of service and quality that its price would entail. The staff don’t help you with luggage even though you’re on top of a hill and really need to do a track. The bedroom is passable, with the wash basin inside the room and not in the bathroom, the varanda of the hotel has 2 very hard chairs of wood with no pillows or furnishings. The bedroom itself was clean but the varanda dirty. On the outside area the pool that was good to use was the heated pool, but it was relatively small. The big problem is that just beside the pool it was the bar of the reception area, and these people can’t clock that they have tons of dead insects in the surface dividing the 2, picture attached. Staff are medium nice. It’s near the nightlife of town. I’m not returning, I’ve stayed in much better places at this price point. ~ around 280-300 USD for 2 nights

The property is decent if you’re on a budget or lack options. The bathrooms have a sewer smell, almost like things don’t completely flush. Most of our plugs didn’t work. The place is old and it shows. The staff are all great, it’s just the hotel.

A beautiful place but sadly with a very poor maintenance. Our room was full of bugs due to a broken bathroom window and a huge gap on the sliding doors. Towels were so worn out we could see through it, the sheets had holes on it, and shower and bidet had no hot water at all. Not recommended for old folks, the place is seated on a cliff with lots of steps to get to rooms. We left the next morning for a better place which was a big inconvenience since it took time away from our vacation.
