チェックインの際に入り方が分かりませんでした。柵の外で叫び続けてやっと入れました。その点以外は親切なスタッフと綺麗なお部屋でした。

The hotel was OK. We were on the bottom floor which was a bit noisy from the people above. Walking distance to a modern shopping centre with dinning options. I was a bit worried but safety but it felt very safe in the area.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits à la Pousada Nanai et c'etait top. Chambre pour 4, très bien. Excellent petit-déjeuner. Personnel très accueillant et aimable. Il nous ont mis en relation avec un chauffeur pour le transfert aéroport et pour aller aux chutes argentines: Nilson, il était génial, trop pro et sympathique, bien que ne parlant que portuguais, nous avons réussi à bien communiquer et il nous a bien aidé, voir même tout fait à la douane argentine/brésilienne, nous le recommandons +++

We love this place. Just 100 m away from the 120 bus stop to the falls and the airport, our room was a fragrant, cool oasis on a 35 degree day. The welcome was excellent as was the advice given by the very friendly receptionist. The breakfast offers plenty of variety. I would recommend Nanai to anyone staying in Foz. It is a fair way from the centre of town, but there is precious little there anyway. There is a huge shopping mall with a massive food court just only 400 m away. The pool is small but nice for cooling off, and the drinks are very reasonably priced.

The check-in process was seamless. I found the bedspread not as clean as per the previous reviews. I did not find the staff going above and beyond. The property is located in a very good location, walking distance from a shopping mall. The breakfast was average, espresso coffee was available for a fee. The guests fridge was very duty.

Pousada Nanai was a beautiful little accommodation. It was conveniently located to the falls, had a good breakfast & was a comfortable room. The only odd thing was there is a window into the bathroom from inside the room & there is a section of the room that is actually open to the outdoors, which allows noise to come in. There is a bar down the street with music, so that noise comes in pretty loudly. There is, however, a sliding door you can close to help reduce the noise. The pool is nice although the fountain doesn't run all the time & the staff was very nice & friendly. One other odd thing was we were hoping to get towels for the pool, but the front desk staff don't have access to towels & you only get enough in your room to shower. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Simplesmente maravilhosa, acomodações boas, nada de luxo, mas tudo limpinho, café da manhã bem gostoso e as pessoas que nos atenderam foram excepcionais.

Uma boa Pousada. Sentimos falta de um frigobar no quarto, e um filtro com água no café. Estacionamento cabe somente 4 carros. No demais a Pousada é boa e tranquila

A estadia foi excelente! O quarto estava impecavelmente limpo, com uma climatização muito agradável que garantiu ótimas noites de sono. O café da manhã foi um ponto alto — variado, saboroso e com opções saudáveis. A equipe de funcionários é extremamente atenciosa e prestativa, sempre disposta a ajudar com um sorriso. Com certeza voltarei em uma próxima oportunidade!

Great staff, great food, quiet neighborhood.

A estadia foi ótima, lugar tranquilo, limpo, atendente da recepção muito atencioso e prestativo. Só ficou a desejar a limpeza da piscina, não entramos por esse motivo e O café da manhã que é bom mais se acordar tarde falta algumas opções e não tem reposição. Mas foi um ótimo custo benefício e voltaríamos com certeza.
