リッツ コパカバーナ オテル

Very convenient as the hotel is close to the beach, and also to metro station. Taxi is available at the nearby big hotels. Room is not very big, but clean and new.

リオ滞在中に、コパカバーナ沿いの他のホテルからこのホテルに宿泊先を変更しました。滞在当初から、このホテルに宿泊すれば良かったと思えるほど良いホテルでした。 良い点は、2016年にリノベーションされたらしく、このエリアの他のホテルに比べて、エアコンやシャワー、リネンなどの設備、備品が新しい。快適なベッド。広くて、おしゃれな部屋。コパカバーナからは1ブロック入ったところにありますが、便利な立地。フロントスタッフも親切でした(特に女性スタッフ)。 リオは、古びたホテルが多いので、新しく清潔なホテルをコパカバーナで探している方にはオススメできるホテルです。 近くの通りに、バーなどが多いので、便利なのですが、週末などは夜うるさくなる可能性があります。ただ、私も週末に滞在しましたが、気になるほどのうるささではなかったです。

Colchão estava péssimo de um dos lados estava abaulado

Staff were very friendly. Room was very nice. Enjoyable breakfast and roof top pool.

Staff were helpful and approachable. Arrived very tired and had a long wait until 2pm check in, we needed to sleep however there was drilling from the building attached which prevented us from catching up on sleep. The receptionist knew we wanted to sleep so why place us next to a building site!!!! Breakfast was very nice. Only complaint would be there was no cold milk for the cereal. Room was very small so lived out of the suitcase. We chose to open the window and close the blackout blind to not only save using the air on whilst out but to keep the room cool. When we got back EVERY day the cleaner would close the windows and open the blackout blinds so our room was stuffy and boiling upon our return. The hotel is ideally situated for all the city amenities and staff are very approachable.

The place was excellent and the staff were very helpful and kind, especially Victor on the desk. Really would recommend this place, excellent view of Copacabana from the room.

A minha estadia foi ótima. Quarto muito limpo, equipe de funcionários atenciosos, café da manhã muito bom, funcionaria Jane no café muito educada e atenciosa.

Everything was brilliant! The room was great and had a beautiful view of the Copacabana Beach. The staff were so friendly, it was hard not to chitchat with them. Swimming pool is on the smaller side, but it has a beautiful view of Copacabana and an outdoor bar with lots of seating spaces. Just wanted to shoutout the staff once more - my husband was dying to go to the Flamengo Libertadores match and they did it all to find us tickets! What an experience it was! So thankful to all of you amazing staff people!

The rooms were great, staff were friendly, and it was well located in Copacabana. We didn't get to enjoy the rooftop pool much due to the weather, but went up there and it looks like it would be awesome when the weather allows for it.

The room was small, it felt like i was in a pod. It was an expensive room so i was expecting something nicer. The breakfast wasnt too bad except the morning I was eating scramble eggs and felt and herad a crunch. The chef threw the egg shells in. I wish i had stayed at the hilton instead.

From the time we arrived, until the time we checked out, our experience was incredible! All the staff from housekeeping to the wait staff on the 15th floor were accommodating & hospitable. The true rock stars of our stay were Shirley and William at the front desk. They went above and beyond to make are stay as comfortable & safe as possible. Every day we were always greeted with a smile. EVERYONE that we came in contact with is now considered family! Best customer service EVER!
