ダンゲレック サービスド アパートメント

「サービスアパートメント」とありますが、キッチンや洗濯機があるわけではなく、単なるホテルでした。アメニティもリンスインシャンプーのみ、石鹸もありません。お湯は出ましたが水圧、水量ともとても低くて日本人としてはシャワーを浴びた気がしませんでした。レストランは韓国、中国、日本料理のメニューが豊富で部屋まで届けてもくれるので、部屋でアルコールとともに食事をしたい人にはとても便利ですし、味も悪くありません。朝食は、洋式朝食、お粥、ワンタン麺、サバや鮭の乗った丼ものからの選択です。丼は甘いたれがかかった照り焼きが乗っただけのもの。粥とワンタン麺は熱々で供され、味もよくボリュームもたっぷりでした。

Très bien reçu, chambre spacieuse avec du personnels attentifs et aux petits soins. Un hôtel un peu ancien mais de belles surfaces et tout le confort nécessaire.

The property is good and the service was very good, just need to be a little more diligent about cleanliness.

The hotels staffs were very nice and friendly ! It's a quiet hotel not in the central city ! It's better you have drive a car ! Because taxi is not cheap ! They have some problems but I still had enjoyed my stay with them ! Could do much better so to get 5 stars review in the future......^____^......

Good clean hotel near to airport with exceptionally helpful staff, especially with the airport pick up / transfer. Bathroom items such as soap, shampoo etc rather sparse but only a minor irritant as we mostly carried everything we need in that regard.

My brother and I enjoyed our stay at D'Anggerek Serviced Apartment very much! Our room was spacious and generally clean (although the room floors were very clean, there were some pieces of paper on the drawers inside the table and a few on the bathroom floor the cleaner missed but I won't nitpick about this too much). The staff was, on the whole, very friendly and nice. Although airport pick-up is included, they do not have a free shuttle into the city (they will drive you there for $10 per trip) so one recommendation I would have for the hotel would be to include a brief city tour as an add-on option. Other recommendations for improvement: Better breakfast options, adding towel bars in the bathroom (they were only hooks), and a full length mirror in the room itself. Aside from that, I think this was a very good place to stay in. The furnishings were modern and very comfortable and the room was bright, with lots of light. The area is a bit far from the city center (but close to the airport) but we didn't mind this so much as getting to the city was fairly easy, once we figured out where the bus station was. We also appreciated the peace and quiet of the neighborhood and the fact that Times Square and the Airport Mall are within walking distance. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Nice quiet location near to the Brunei International Convention Center. Nearby Restaurant and Mini Markets. Front desk staff Shazwin was very helpful. We were provided with Free Chauffer Driven in Toyota Alphard to and fro Airport, ICC and the Mini Markets. Very accommodating and helpful drivers. We stayed in the Deluxe Suite .. Nice size apartment, consist of 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom, Lounge and Kitchenette. The only setback, the Kitchenette was not fully equipped. Need to request for additional plates and stuff which they gladly provided upon request. Otherwise all is good and will surely stay there again when in Brunei.

Negative points : Shower water pressure low, no shampoo & body gel dispensers. Shower water heater not hot. Water from the taps are yellowish, poor filtration systems. Breakfast not buffet style. Improve on these. Positive points : Good wifi, friendly staffs, good cleaniness, able to extend my check-out time with no extra charges. Keep up the good work.

Hotel yang bersih dengan lingkungan yang tenang dan tertata baik. Pelayanan efisien dan cepat, termasuk pengurusan jemput-antar ke bandara. Sangat dekat dengan kompleks stadion olahraga nasional. cocok sebagai tempat menginap saat mengikuti atau membawa anak mengikuti event olahraga

The suite is spacious,well maintained and clean. Bed is comfortable however pillow a bit too hard to sleep on. Compliment airport pick up was a nice gesture. GM Hanim did great job on accommodating her guests needs and comfort. There's washing machine, not sure if they supply detergent as well. It's good to wash dirty clothes when traveling with family. Can pack less if stay at suite with the washing machine. AC is strong and cold everywhere in Brunei. Breakfast can pass. Nothing remarkable

I was booked hotel for our boss. But the worst experience.. They didn't clean the room even i call for check.

The apartment is really clean & the staff is very friendly, call for operator to ask for the hairdryer and within 10mins they are in front of my door. Left my phone charger in the hotel and they help me to kept it safely till I'm bck to reclaim it. Overall good stay :)
