フロント応対が丁寧で、観光案内、タクシー手配、ブルガリア貨交換などよく教えてくれた。朝食は注文だったが他ホテルの朝食のようにビュッフェ方式の方が良かった。

ドライヤーが壊れてました。

朝食が種類が少なくて コーヒーマシンが壊れていた。便利な場所で値段も手頃なので良かったが 部屋も古い感じがした。

フロントでコーヒーを入れてくれる。 バスターミナルから歩けるので便利。 何度もタクシーを呼んでいたたいたが、すぐに来てもらえてよかった。

皆さん笑顔で気持ちのいい空間。 主要観光地に近く便利。 リーゾナブルな価格。 夜は公園で若者が騒いでうるさい。

部屋の広さ良い、浴槽つきのリクエストに応えてもらった。部屋の照明が暗いのが不便だったのだけ残念

荷物をもって歩くのがおっくうだったので、バス停から近いホテルを選びました。 景色のよい中心部には10分から15分歩かないといけないので この町の景観を部屋から楽しむことはできません。 部屋は広くて使い勝手はよかったです。

立地的にはバスの停留所からも非常に近く、また近くにレストラン等も多く、何かと便利です。 その他は特に可もなく不可もなくといったレベルでした。

　重いスーツケースを持って、ソフィアからのバスを降りると、２～３分のところにホテルがあるのは、ほんとうに便利。また歴史的な町並みがすぐ近くに軒を連ね、そこを散歩するのは風情があった。レストランを併設している点もなにかと便利。

The Alegro Hotel has been demolished and you confimred my booking and took my money for it. I expect a full refund and substantial compensation for the great inconvenience, wasted time, additional expenses and upset this has caused. Your urgent response will be appreciated. Nice location and hotel with a good restaurant on site. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. We felt welcome! Only issue we had is there was no AC as the hotel advertised.

Small nice hotel in the center of Veliko Tarnovo, just in front of a garden/park and walking distance from the city center points of interest. Very welcoming and attentive service from front desk team, we got to the hotel much before check-in time, it was raining on our arrival and they let us leave our baggage, offered if we need anything, a drink, umbrella, very nice and attentive. The room was spacious and clean, classic décor with carpet, not so modern, but the service and attention were really the best. Very good breakfast at the restaurant (had 3 options to choose from), all of them very complete and the food was tasty. Price-quality ratio was very good, definitely recommend this hotel.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room had several minor issues. Broken and missing window blinds, broken shower head, broken light fixture and nightstand lamp, broken tub. There was also a misunderstanding about charging items to the room. First we were assured we’d be able to charge the room. However, upon leaving, we were asked to pay cash for the items. Otherwise, the room met our is basic needs.

the bed was two twins pushed together so we would much rather have had a queen or king but the room was fine. the dinner was tasty and they even give a 10% discount for the folks staying there. the bath/shower could use a bit of an update. parking is a bit short of space and we had to get the people parked behind us to move in the morning so we could get out. the noise on the street was a bit annoying at night. would it be my first choice to stay in VT? I don't think so but it wouldn't be the last choice either. its a solid middle of the road sort of place and not expensive so … there ya go.

Very helpful in reception, gave all the information I needed and more, plenty of choice for breakfast and 10%off evening meal in restaurant. Room was clean and tidy, I found the shower a little cramped for me but good, lots hot water and room well heated. Well situated for town and the bus station. Would stay again.

We liked the location of the Hotel, it was central to the town and opposite a large park. The tea and coffee in reception was adequate but would have been better in the rooms. A little more attention should be paid to the maintenance in the rooms especially things like curtain drapes. There was a good selection of food for breakfast in clean surroundings. It was a good restaurant.

Allegro is a really nice and clean hotel in a central location with a delicious breakfast

We stayed here for 2 nights and when we first arrived we were a little unsure. There was a restaurant right outside the window and the room was a little run down. I wondered if I’d sleep well but how wrong I was. The restaurant shut by 11, the air-con worked well and the beds were very comfy. A few people on trip advisor have complained about the lack of English from the staff but they knew enough to get by. The location was fantastic and I didn’t regret the choice to stay here at all.

Helpful friendly service, in a nice central area near a park. Only issue was that provided with a breakfast voucher for their attached restaurant, that they seemed unwilling to fully redeem- was only provided some parts of set menu, that they were very slow to serve it despite the restaurant being quiet. Otherwise the stay itself at Hotel Alegro was fine.
