非常に良い

お部屋は広くて、寝心地も良かったです。キッチンは使いやすく綺麗でした。皿や鍋、カトラリーも全て揃っています。ですが、換気扇から他の部屋の調理の臭いがしてきました。静かで良かったのですが、他の部屋の排水の音が聞こえてきました。

ホテル最寄りの地下鉄Serdika駅は空港から乗り換えなし。この駅は他路線への乗り換え駅となっているので移動にも便利。 ホテルは駅から徒歩数分。 部屋もバスルームも清潔で天井も高いため開放感がある。 シャワーの温度と水圧は安定しているので快適。 シャワーブースにはシャンプーとコンディショナーのミニボトルあり。 部屋にはペットボトルのお水ありました。 再訪の際はまたこのホテルに泊まりたいです。

セントラル・ハリから徒歩3分程。レセプションのお兄さんはフレンドリーな対応でVIPACCESS特典でワインも付けて頂きました。部屋もとても綺麗で洒落てます。水も2本置いてあり、分厚いトイレットペーパーに良い意味で驚きました。夜も静かで快適です、おすすめ。

From check-in to check out it was a class act. I intend to return Sofia and the Art hotel 158 will be my destination.

Just stay , not great area

Great location (once we found door to reception) on a quiet residential street. The hotel has recently undergone a massive refurbishment very sympathetically & tastefully. The was a heavy metal music event in the basement which we couldn't hear at all upstairs. Also we could hear shower from next door, but it didn't disturb us. The street is close to a tramline which starts early in the morning. There is a cool art gallery in courtyard too. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in Bulgaria.

Fantastic hotel for the price!

Kahvaltısı çeşitliydi. Oda temiz, ferahtı. Bizim için tek sorun bebekle gittiğimiz için asansör olmaması ve bebek sandalyesi olmamasıydı.

The room with a bed on a mezzanine and a nice big balcony was spacious and fun. The staff were all really helpful. The breakfast was good with a nice mix of the usual breakfast fare and some local foods. The location was great, a short walk from several attractions and a metro station.

This hotel is very interesting with all the artwork and the music theme. Rooms are clean and staff is helpful. However, I had two main issues. The first major issue is that the rooms are very noisy. I could hear everyone in other rooms walking around, closing doors, using restroom, etc. The second problem was that I was freshining up in the lobby restroom before my flight and the cleaning staff just barged in without knocking or asking and started cleaning. I was literally changing my clothes and the lady just walked in. I said "5 minutes please" and she totally ignored me and kept cleaning. She should have waited 5 minutes for a paying guest of the hotel who was using the restroom.

Very great staff and facilities.

Everything was great except that the bed was very uncomfortable and the hot water in the shower lasted for less than 10 minutes in the morning - not enough for two people to take showers. Otherwise everything is nice, clean, functional and the staff very nice and accommodating.

Amazing hotel!! I couldn’t recommend this more - the staff were so kind and helpful, the room was spacious, clean and modern; and you are literally in an art gallery, with contemporary art hung through the walls! Not to mention a bar downstairs with the largest collection of records in Bulgaria!?!

Staff were very poliet , pleasent and helpful. Breakfast room was big enough with sufficent different type of breakfast Inernet wasnt good we had problem. Cooffee machine in breakfast room most of the time was faulty or out of order. Aircondition was fulty , we couldnt turn it on .
