Our experience was very negative. Our room's safe was broken into; it was found open, and $200 was stolen. The receptionist calmly told me to email the complaint. No one spoke up for the hotel.

Excellent hotel. Staff amazing, very attentive. Great breakfast. Nice pool. Couple of minutes walk from beach.

Clean and comfortable, conveniently located, great family room. Breakfast best avoided unless you are able to get there right at the start - food less than warm and nothing gets topped up. Plenty of better options locally. Staff very friendly and helpful. Overall a good stay with my family.

Das Hotel ist ein bisschen älter und die Umgebung nicht unbedingt touristisch schön. Allerdings gibt es dort spannende Brauerein zu besichtigen und auch gute Alternativen ggü. der Innenstadt. Durch den Bahnhof erreicht man die Innenstadt mit 1-2 Stopps und für kleines Geld. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Frühstück ist gut. Die Umgebung ist sehr laut und vor dem Hotel fahren Straßenbahnen. Dafür findet man jedoch Gehörschutz direkt neben dem Bett, welcher überragend ist. Daher war es auch kein Problem dort in Ruhe zu schlafen. Preis/Leistung passt auf jeden Fall.

I don’t know what sorcery they used, but I slept like a Roman emperor after a wine-free feast. The **room?** It looked exactly like the photo — and even *better* in person. No filters needed, no weird angles. Just sleek, spotless, and bathed in natural light like an Instagram influencer’s dream apartment. The **staff**? Saints in sneakers. Helpful, cheerful, and more genuinely kind than most people’s extended families. Need a tip for a local café? Done. Want directions to the tram? They’ll give you directions *and* the emotional support to get there. Now, let’s talk **location**. A logistical jackpot — mere steps from the central train station and public transit options that work better than a Swiss watch. Whether you're heading to the airport or some obscure antique market, B1 is your launchpad. **Shower pressure**? It could strip barnacles off a submarine — in the best way possible. Hot, strong, and immediate. You’ll feel like Poseidon just gave you a power rinse. **WiFi**? Rock solid.

Ordinary standard but very nice small hotel.

Zweckmäßiges Hotel und für die Preislage ok. Zimmer war sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es gab etwas Lärm von der Straße, was mich aber nicht gestört hat. Personal war sehr nett und man ist auch fussläufig relativ schnell in der City. Es gibt aber auch eine Metro vor Ort.

Buon hotel vicino alla stazione centrale e metro, nella zona c'è però ben poco. Stanza enorme ma gli spazi sono male sfruttati, mancano dei punti di appoggio. La zona wellness non era funzionante ma ci è stato comunicato solo al momento del check in e non prima. Colazione mediocre.
