Was okay, not a 5*- more like 3-5*. Cut my hand significantly and all the reception would give is a plaster and not a bandage during the night. Breakfast was good. Pool lovely. But the service one would expect isn’t of 5*.

Very nice property, new. Complimentary bottle of wine was very pleasing. Dinner at the hotel’s restaurant was good. Parking was easy and convenient.

Good location, room was big, helpful staff. Spa and sauna a bit crap, breakfast was average. Should stop people leaving towels on deckchairs all day. Bit expensive for what we got.

Lejlighed var i orden, men det var for dårligt, at der som minimum ikke var et eller 2 viskestykker og klude til at tørre køkkenredskaberne af. Der var for lidt service (bestik, glas, tallerkener, krus). Ikke særlig god standard for et 5-stjernet hotel. Morgenmaden var meget kedelig og ens uden variation og udendørs pool var for lille. Man kunne heller ikke få solvogn, hvis man ikke kom tidligt. Mange tjenere på hotellets restaurant fremstod ligeglade og var ikke imødekommende.

I was the only guest on my first night in the whole hotel , they upgraded me to a ine bedroom apartment with a bottle of wine . I was then told that their restaurant wouldnt be open till the next night for dinner and could not recommend anywhere else to eat . I am a female who was traveling alone , so staying in a hotel on my own was quite scary , especially as i was put on the sixth , top floor. They offered me room service for the first three days . I was then told i was to eat in the restaurant which was now opened , but was having work done . There wasn't a very big choice , or either was the food hot . When i informed the hotel manager of this she told me it was because there wasnt many guests. I had paid for a five star hotel bed and breakfast. While the accommodation was lovely , the service wasnt . I will definitely be a regular visitor to Bulgaria , but i would never stay at this hotel again.

We loved our stay at the Galeon Residence & Spa Hotel. We traveled with our toddler and this hotel has plenty of entertain for children. We used the spa services - hot stone massages, indoor pool, sauna and all were A . The restaurant was delicious, we dined there several times during our stay. An added bonus, there is direct playground access from one seating section. The staff was friendly, and the check-in / check-out process was smooth. Highly recommended!

Great location. The entire staff was friendly and very helpful. The restaurant was great with a good selection of local cuisine.

Hotel building is very impressive, Immense pool with inflatables. Playground for kids located between the pool and the restaurant. Perfect to keep the kids busy while you eat or rest. Located between Nesebber Old City and Sunny Beach Center

Das Hotel ist so, wie es auf der Homepage ausgewiesen ist. Es ist sehr sauber und in einer ruhigen Lage gelegen und es verfügt über einen Spa-, sowie einem kleinen Fitnessbereich. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit. Ich kann das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen...

Spotless.really comfortable,good service definitely recommend

We were  guests  at the hotel 25 till 28 this weekend.  The service from the hotel front desk & staff was grate! But! We were expecting a cirten level of service from the restaurant staff. On the night of the 26th we set down for dinner... 1. No one wellcome us.  2. After 10 min of waiting & waving to the waiters... one come to the table.  3. We asked 2 qustions on the menu- in English -he did not understand English! What kind of 5 star resturant dont have staff that talk english??? The manager of the restaurant cam - his name is martin, he was super rude!  insted of super nice!  becuse we dont mix milk with meat we asked what on the menu can "work"? at one point he told us " we dont serves chicken brest , outside- yes" & directed us uotside of the restorant!!! Needless to say we left! spend our mony on the "next door" hotel , wich welllcom us with a smile!.  Bad bad nad experience.  Not recommendin at all the eat there!

Great place. Nice and very helpful staff. The pictures don't lie, would recommend this place for everyone; both couples and families!

Great hotel

Overal a really nice hotel. The restaurant had always really good food for lunch and dinner and you get 10 per cent discount if you are staying at galeon. The Sauna and wellness area is small but confy. For a short sauna trip its fine. The receiptionist are always really nice and smiling. What i would improve though: They do not have any town map or plans to show you what you can do at sunny beach. Which i think for me is a basic thing to have for a hotel close to the center. Secondly: The Wifi Connection in the rooms was not really good, always we got kicked out of the system with our mobiles. A 5 Star Hotel with the focus for either families and young people must have a good wifi connection, period.

Staff are rude.... food is terrible and overpriced.... swimming pool is in a shaded area...ask reception for loo roll and never bought it up at all !!!! Silly thing to complain about you might think but reality of it you need it .... Bed comfortable great sleep very quiet In evening so not a problem wouldnt stay here again.

Sauber und sehr nette Personal , sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit , die einzige was besser werden kann ist die Fitness Studio , sonst alles hat super gepasst. Danke wir kommen wieder :)

Nice hotel just outside the noise of Sunny beach. The hotel offers one free use of the Spa facilities.
